3、stofpowercable.2.OSCOPEThisinstructioncoversallnecessarystagesintheproductionofpowercablefromtheeaminationofcertificationfromprocurementsourcestothefinalinspection,preservationandpackingtodespatchtosite.Althoughthemethodologyincompilingthisinst4ructionistosystematicallyprogressthroughtheconstruction

4、experiencedinspectorsmayinterprettheintentoftheinstructiontoaccommodatelocalornovelpracticesortoutilisetheinstructionforaoneoff,oralternativedesign,thedesignhavingbeenapprovedbytheclient.Anysuchvariationss5、houldbenotedintheinspectorsreport.3.0PROCEDURES.IGENERALThisinstruction,togetherwithitsassoc
