4、的所有费用，包括但不限于改单费、滞箱费、仓储费、罚金等，我司确认将由我司或上述我司的指定方承担。Allexpensesincurredasaresultofouraboverequest,includingbutnotlimitedtoAmendmentFee,DemurrageFeezStorageFee,Penaltyetc.whichshallbebornebyusorourdesignatedcompanyasabove.3 .我司保证在货物到达卸货港/交货地前，上述我司的指定方能够按时联系贵司获取提单，并及时提供收货人资料，否则我司将承担由此造成的任何损失，损害，以及产生的任何费用。

5、WeguaranteeaboveourdesignatedcompanywillapproachyoutopickupOB/LontimeandprovideconsigneesdetailsbeforevesselarrivalatPortofDischarging/PlaceofDelivery.Otherwise,weundertaketoanyloss,damageandexpensesincurredasaresult.4 .我司将无条件承担由于上述异地签单的请求而引起的任何及所有责任与风险；赔偿并承担贵司以及贵司雇员或代理因安排上述事宜而可能遭受的一切损失、罚金和承担的一切责任。W

6、ewillunconditionallybearalltheliabilitiesandrisksarisingfromtheaboverequestofOB/Lissuanceatelsewhere;compensateandbearallthelosses,penaltiesandallliabilitiesthatandyouremployeesoragentsmaysufferasaresultofthearrangementonabovematter.5 .若贵司或贵司雇员或代理因此被起诉，我司愿无条件承担，支付相应的法律费用。Ifyourcompanyoryouremployees

7、oragentsaresued,wearewillingtobeartheexpensesandpaythecorrespondinglegalfeesunconditionally.6 .若由于上述提单的签发和放单，所涉船舶或具有相同或相关所有权、管理或控制权的任何其他船舶或财产被扣押或羁留，或被威胁扣押或查封，或船舶的使用或买卖被干预(通过向船舶登记处提交警告或以其他方式),我司应要求提供足够的资金或担保，以防止此类扣押或羁留，或确保释放上述船舶或财产，或消除干预，并赔偿贵司由此所受一切损失、损害或费用，无论此扣押或羁留、威胁扣押或查封或干预是否合理。If,inconnectionwith

9、dontheship,sregistryorotherwisehowsoever),toprovideondemandsuchbailorothersecurityasmayberequiredtopreventsucharrestordetentionortosecurethereleaseofsuchshiporpropertyortoremovesuchinterferenceandtoindemnifyyouinrespectofanyliability,loss,damageorexpensecausedbysucharrestordetentionorthreatenedarres
