GENERALRESPONSIBILITYOFTHECONTRACTOR承包商的总体责任1.1 DetailstobeSubmitted拟提交的详图ThePlumbingsystemsshownontheDrawingsareschematiconlyandindicatetheminimumrequirementsforachievingthedesiredperformancesasstatedinthisSpecificationandDrawings.图上所示的卫生管道系统仅是示意图，说明出了实现本技术标准和图纸中规定的期望性能的最低要求
7、InordertodeveloptheserequirementsintocomprehensivesystemstheContractorshall:为了在综合系统中制定这些要求，承包商应：a. submitfullydetailedshopdrawingsofallaspectsoftheSyStemS.提交系统各个环节的全面详细的制造图纸b. submitfulldetailsofallmaterialsandequipmenttobeUSed.提交拟用的所有材料和设备的全面细节。c. provideallothernecessaryinformation.提供需要的其它所有信息。Th

10、保设施和系统完备，能发挥作用。Priortocommencementofwork,theContractorshallprepareadetailedMethodStatementdescribingthelabour,materialsandContractorsEquipmenttobeusedandthemethodofworkexecutionandobtaintheEngineerswrittenapproval.TheStatementshallalsodescribethesafetyprecautionstobeadoptedandallmeasuresforcomplianc
11、ewithenvironmentalrequirements.开始工作前，承包商应先编写详细方法声明，描述劳动力、材料、拟使用的承包商设备以及工作执行方法，并获得工程师书面批准。声明还应描述拟采用的平安预防措施以及为符合环境要求所采取的各项措施。1.2 ManufacturersandSuppliers制造商和供给商Manufacturersandsuppliersshallhaveregularlyproduced,manufacturedand/orinstalledmaterialsandequipmentofthesameorsimilartypeforatleast10years.T
12、hetypeofmaterialsandequipmentproposedforapprovalshallhavebeeninmmercialserviceforatleast5yearsandsatisfactoryperformancehavebeenprovenonactualapplicationandoperation制造商和供给商应定期生产、制造和/或安装同类或相似类型的材料和设备至少10年时间。拟供批准的材料和设备的类型应能至少投入商业运行5年时间，并在实际应用和运行中证明其性能令人满意。1.3 SCoPeOfWOrk工作范围TheContractorshallfurnishal
13、llabour,materials,equipment,tools,services,temporaryworksandstorage,install,testandhandoveringoodworkingconditionandmaintainduringtheDefectsLiabilityPeriodasdetailedonthedrawingsanddescribedinthespecifications.承包商应提供所有劳动力、材料、设备、工具、效劳、临时工程，并存贮、安装、试验和以良好的工作状态移交，并在缺陷责任期内进行维护，如图纸上的详细显示和技术标准中的描述。1.4 Info
14、rmationtobeSubmitted拟提交的信息Incompliancewiththeabove,thefollowingsubmissionsshallbemadebytheContractor,priortomanufactureandfabrication.根据上述内容，承包商在加工制造前应提供以下提交资料：a. Fulldocumentarydescriptionofmaterials,equipmentandgdswithresultsofalltestingcarriedouttodemonstratesuitability.材祥设备和物品的完整资料性描述，以及为证明适宜性开展
15、的各项试验的结果。b. Fullshopdrawingsshowingdetaileddimensions,layouts,sizes,methodsoflaying,securingandinstallingmaterialsandequipment.完整的制造图纸，显示布置、固定而安装材料与设备的详细尺寸、布置图、规格和方法。c. Samplesofmaterials,equipmentandgoodsasrequiredincludingcolorSamPIeS.要求的材料、设备和物品的样品，包括颜色样品在内。d. Pricedlistsofrecommendedsparesfortwo

17、SriLankawhohavethecapabilityofprovidingmaintenanceservicesandcansupplysparepartsandthenecessaryconsumablesfortheequipment.在斯里兰卡有能力提供维护效劳并能提供设备备件和所需耗材的公司的详细情况。1.5 Testing试验AssoonaspossibleafterthereceiptoftheNoticetoProceedtheContractorshallsubmittotheEngineeraprogramoftestingandcommissioningallmecha
18、nicalmaterials,equipmentandsystems.在收到开工通知后，承包商应尽快向将所有机械材料、设备和系统的试验与调试方案提交给工程师。TheprogramshallbemonitoredandamendedasnecessaryandresubmittedforapprovalbytheEngineerduringthecourseoftesting.测试期间，工程师应对该方案进行监测，并根据需要进行修改，然后再重新提交批准。TheContractorshallprepareformsonwhichtorecordalltestproceduresandresultsf

20、llinEnglishandcontainallinformationrequiredbytheEmployersoperatingandmaintenancepersonnel.此说明书应为英文，包含雇主运行维护人员需要的所有信息。Themanualsshallbeindexedanddividedintosectionssuchthatinformationcanbelocatedquicklyandeasily.5(five)copiesofmanualshallbesubmittedseparatelyforindividualequipmentandsystems.此说明书应有索引，

26、lsshallbemadeavailableatvariousstagesofinstallationortestingasrequiredandappropriate.各方认可在完全认可系统前无法完成最终版本的说明书。不过，在安装的各个阶段，说明书中将包含的信息应按要求适当可用。SpareParts备件a. SparepartssufficientfortwoyearsnormaloperationshallbeprovidedundertheContract.TheContractorshallberesponsibleforprovidingreplacementofdefectivep
27、artsduringtheDefectsLiabilityperiodandthetwoyearnormaloperationwshallthereforebedeemedtobetheperiodaftertheendoftheDefectsLiabilityperiod.ThelistofsparepartsshallbebasedupontherecommendationofthemanufacturersandentirelysubjecttotheapprovaloftheEngineer,whoshallretaintherighttorequestreasonablechange
28、stothelistofspareparts,atnoextraCOSt.应根据合同提供足够两年正常运行使用的备件。在缺陷责任期内，承包商应负责提供缺陷部件的代替件，因此，应将“两年正常运行”看成缺陷责任期结束后的期限。备件清单应基于制造商的建议，并全部提交工程师批准，工程师应有权请求对备件清单免费进行合理变更。b. TheContractorshallfurnishwrittenstatements)bymanufacturers)concernedensuringavailabilityofsparepartsorsubstitutesofequalorbetterqualityforap

Allsuchcases,containers,cabledrumsorotherpackagesmaybeopenedforexaminationofthecontentsbytheEngineer.AllsuchopeningandsubsequentrepackingshallbeattheexpenseoftheContractor.所有此类箱字、集装箱、电缆卷筒晟其它包装均可翻开来让工程师检查其中的内容。所有此类开箱和后继重新包装的费用应由承包商承当。1.8 SpecialTools专用工具Anytools,whic
32、harepurposemadetooperateormaintainanypieceofequipmentshallbeprovidedbytheCC)ntractor.承包商应提供操作或维护某台设密专用的工具，Two(2)completesetsofsuchtools,insuitablecontainersshallbesupplied.Thecostofspecialtoolsandcontainersshallbeincludedinpertinentratesfortheequipment,unlesssuchareitemizedseparatelyintheBillOfQUant
33、ities.应在适宜的集装箱中提供两整套此类工具。应在设备的相关费率中包括专用工具和集装箱的本钱，除非在建筑工程清单中单独对其列举。1.9 MaintenanceServices维护效劳Inseekingapprovalonamanufacturer,supplieretc.theContractorshallsubmitdetailsofthemaintenanceservicesprovidedbysuchmanufacturer,supplieretc.Thesedetailsshallinclude,notonlytechnicalandmanpowerservices,butthes

36、此类协议将不解除承包商履行合同规定的责任和义务。a.Maintenanceservicewithfee维护效劳及维护费TheContractorshallfurnishtheemergencymaintenanceservicewhenitiscalledfor.承包商应提供需要的应急维护。ThiscostshallbebornebytheEmployerunlessitisattributabletoContractor此费用应由雇主承当，属于承包商承当时除外。Themaintenanceserviceshallincludetheperiodicinspection,periodiclub

Thedrawingsshallshowallfixingdetailsincludingmountings,isolators,basesandfixingdevicessuchasbolts,brackets,etc.制造图纸应显示所有固定详图，包括装配件、隔离器、底座和螺栓、托架等等之类的固定

Thedrawingsshallshowallsupportdetailsforpipeworkandductworkincludingallfixings,mountings,brackets,suspensionrodsandsecondarysteelworknecessary.制造图纸应显示管道工程和管道系统的所有支架详图，包括所有固定件、装配件、托架、吊杆和需要的辅助钢结构在内。e. Thedrawingsshallshowhowthemechanicalworksaretobecoordinatedwithotherelementswhicharetobeexecu
40、tedunderotherCOntraCtS.制造图纸应显示机械工程如何与准备根据其它合同执行的其它元件相协调。ThedrawingsshallbesubmittedinatimelymannertoensuresmoothprogressoftheWorksandforeachsubmission,aminimumoffour(4)weeksshallbeallowedforreviewbytheEngineer.TheEngineersreviewofdrawingsshallnotrelievetheContractorofanyresponsibilityundertheContrac
41、t,制造图纸应及时提交，确保工程进度平稳，每次提交时，至少应留出四(4)周时间让工程师审查。工程师审查图纸不应解除承包商的合同规定责任。1.11 ASbUiltDraWingS竣工图AmendmentandchangestotheDrawingsshallberecordedonasetofworkingdrawingskeptspecificallyforthisPUrPoSe.应在专门保存的成套工作图纸上记录图纸修正与变更。TheContractoronmpletion,shallproducefromthemacompletesetofAsbuiltdrawingsdepictingac

PLUMBINGWORKGENERALREQUIREMENTS卫生管道工程总体要求2.1 Materials,EquipmentandSystems材料、设备和系统a. Manufacturersfirstgradestandardand/orcustomseriesoffactoryfabricateditemsshallbeemployed.应使用制造商一级
45、标准和/或客户系列工厂加工项。b. Comparablematerials,equipmentandsystemotherthanspecifiedmaybeproposeduponapprovalbytheEngineer.经工程师批准，可建议使用非规定的可比材打、设备和系统。c. Materialsandequipmentshownorspecifiedshallbeofstandardproductsofanapprovedmanufacturerwiththreeyearswarranty,andvariationstherefromshallbeonlyasapproved.所显示或
46、规定的材料应为认可制造商的标准产品，享有三年质保，如有变化，必须得到批准。d. Wheretwoormoreunitsofsameclass,typeorkindarerequired,unitsshallbeproductsofasinglemanufacturer.However,componentspartsofasystemmaynotbetheproductsoftheSamemanUfaCtUrer.如果需要相同等级、型号或类型的单元大于等于两个，那么此单元应为同一家制造商的产品。不过，系统的部件局部可以不是同一家制造商的产品。2.2 EquipmentIdentification

ManufacturersIdentification制造商标识(1) Foreachfactoryfabricatedfixtureorequipment;fixedbehindnormallycloseddoor,readilyvisibleandreadablewhenopened舄于各工厂加工的固定装建或设备；固定在常开门后，翻开后容易看见和看清。(2) Eachlabelornameplatemaybestandardwithmanufacturer,anditshallbenon-corrosiveanddurable,andpermanentlyfixed.各标签或
