1、 数据库论文：龙泉驿区水务局人事信息管理系统的设计与实现【中文摘要】至今为止,我国的西部欠发达地区事业单位对于人事信息的管理大多数仍然停留在传统的管理方式上,随着事业单位内部以及社会对人事信息利用需求的扩大,传统的管理与利用方式存在着很大局限性。例如:查询档案费时费劲,利用档案对其损耗。不仅影响了查全查准,而且不利于档案的保护。而计算机管理减少了重复劳动,在提高查全率和查准率同时减少了翻阅,复印等对纸质信息的损坏。人事信息管理系统式一个为适应当前各行业,特别是行政事业单位和企业对人事信息管理的迫切需求而设计开发的软件系统。人事管理系统的主要任务是对人事档案进行整理,使得能方便快捷地对人事档案进
2、行查询、统计、更新,并且能按一定要求输出报表。人事档案管理系统一般包括对人事档案的统计、查询、更新、报表输出等功能。本系统是Microsoft Access为数据库,以ASP语言来开发一个完善的、运行稳定的人事信息管理系统。着力解决了实际工作中对大量纸质文件的收集整理浪费人力物力的问题,最大限度降低了处理人事信息的劳动强度,使水务局通过本软件能对本单位的人事信息做到集中、灵活管理。通过计算机管理提高事业单位人事信息管理的工作效率,快速地提供利用,从而便于单位领导人对单位人力资源配制,使人事信息更好的为单位以及社会服务。本系统主要的模块包括:用户权限管理模块、部门管理模块、用户管理模块。通过这些
3、模块来实现事业单位档案管理人员对人事信息的计算机高效管理。【英文摘要】At present, the archives of institution for the management of personnel files still in the traditional way of management in the west where is a developing part of china, with expending demand of personnel files use internal of the communitys and society, the tradit
