1、本学期教学计划本学期教学目标外研社英语七年级下册是初中阶段的第二个学期，教材大体不变，但对学生有了更高的要求。本学期的教学目标力求在本学期进一步激发和培养学生的学习兴趣，养成良好的习惯，帮助学生树立信心，培养创新精神；发展学生自主学习的能力形成有效的学习策略；让学生建立起初步的语感，有一定的英语运用能力，为真实的交际打下坚实的基础；同时也要开发学生智力，了解中西方的文化差异，培养学生的爱国主义精神，增强世界意识；使学生初步能用英语的思维思考问题。新课程标准与教材分析本册教科书分为12个模块，2个复习模块，每个模块3个单元。本教材吸取了世界现代语言教学方法、交际法中的教学方法。在新课标的指导下：
2、教材有利于提高学生的思想情感素质，理解英语国家的文化，材料也注重语言的使用，教材介绍了交际活动，如Role-play ，information tap ；所选的话题贴近学生实际，由浅入深，由易到难，以任务为驱动，让学生在老师的指导下通过感知、体验、实践、参与和合作等方式，实现任务的目标，感受成功，最大限度的激发学生的积极性。教材也注重学生听说读写的全面训练，整体设计，目标设计以学生技能，语言知识，情感态度，学习策略和文化意识的发展为基础。随着课程的发展，本册的读写比重增大，教材也注重启发学生的思维能力和创造能力。注重过程评价，促进学生发展，建立能激励学生学习兴趣和自主学习能力发展的评价体系。本
3、学期的语法项目有：现在进行时，一般将来时，形容词、副词的比较等级，一般过去时。本学期教学计划学生基本情况分析701班是个住宿班，学生英语水平基础较好，整体上比较齐整，尖子生教多，上次期末考试成绩在住宿班中成绩较好。但是学生的学习习惯还需要进一步培养，有个别同学底子不是很厚实。708班是个普通的住校班，学生的在同类型班级中较好，学生的学习英语的兴趣较浓，“提优补差”仍是这个班级本学期的重点。2010年1月份期末考试成绩701班 平均分92.39 及格率100% 优秀率93.48708班 平均分74.48 及格率80% 优秀率40提高教学质量措施1. 钻研新课标，提高教学水平，真正做到教学相长，努
4、力达到相应的教学指标。2. 认真备课，强调课堂气氛，注意授课的“通顺、易懂”，调动每个学生的学习积极性，挖掘学生的潜能。3. 使学生养成良好的学习习惯，坚持上个学期的好的做法。（如：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感；规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果；坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度等）4. 让学生互助，形成一个良好的学习氛围5. 开展丰富多彩的英语课外活动本学期教学计划教学研究重点1. 本学期重点放在学生的听与说上。在坚持每天的背诵，以及监督背诵的同时，针对现在学生听力普遍薄弱的情况下采取以下的措施（课堂用语的运用、听写练习、听对话，课文）2. 加强学生的写作能力：初一学生的词汇量有了一定
