30、0-A7 + DA-40-B7兩劑混合後以150-400網目各印在玻璃面及PET面的MASK上(對於框膠一定要對玻璃及PET面各印一次避免濕潤問題產生的單邊密著不良。單邊密著不良在環境測試時將有牛頓環出現)2. 以80 5MINS烘烤(烘烤後即呈半固態稍具黏性與PSA相同)3. 烘烤後於48HR內鋪設PET-ITO膜(此PET-ITO也印好框膠)4. 框合(100-130 5-7KG/CM2 5-10秒, 若不進行加壓的框合,PET FILM會翹起,導致銀膠脫離)5. 經過100 0.5 HR或90 1HR烘烤,以完成硬化程序.可以選擇性進行ADHESIVE PROPERTY 測試(tensi
