4、n of happiness is "the capacity for enjoyment（享受的能力）". The more we can enjoy what we have, the happier we are. It's easy to overlook（忽视） the pleasure we get from loving and being loved, the company of friends, the freedom to live where we please, even good health.然而，只要一个人的整个人生来说，幸福变得非常
