1、一、机器的用途：本机广泛应用于分离精选细粒嵌 布的各种有色金届，黑色金届和非金 届矿物。二、机器的结构和工作原理：1、本机系叶轮机械搅拌式浮选 机。2、本机主要由盛浆槽、搅拌装 置、充气装置、排出矿化气泡装置、 电动机等组成。(1) 盛浆槽：它有进浆口，以及 调节矿浆面的闸门装置，它主要由用 钢板焊成的槽体和钢板与圆钢焊成的 闸门组成。(2) 搅拌装置：它用于搅拌矿浆， 防止矿砂在槽体沉淀，它主要由皮带 轮、叶轮、垂直轴等组成，叶轮是由 耐磨橡胶制成的。(3) 充气装置：它由导管进气管 组成，当叶轮旋转时，叶轮腔中产生 负压，将空气通过中空的泵管吸入， 并弥散在矿浆中形成气泡群，这种带 有大量
2、气泡的矿浆由叶轮的旋转力而 被很快的抛向定子，进一步使矿浆中 的气泡细化，及消除浮选槽中矿浆流 的旋转运动，造成大量垂直上升的微 泡，为浮选过程提供必要的条件。1、The use of machineryTheflotation is widely usedfor separatingnoConcentratinthenon-ferrous metal, black metal and nonmetal mine.2、The works principle and the structure of machinery:1. Working principles:(4)
7、排出矿化气泡装置：它是将 浮在槽面上的泡沫刮出，主要由电机带动减速器，减速器带动刮板组成。3、本机工作原理：将磨碎的矿石，在磨碎时或磨 碎后加水及必要的药剂经搅拌槽调成 矿浆后，注入开始搅拌的矿浆槽，向 矿浆中导入空气，使其形成大量气 泡，一些不易被水湿润的，即一般称 作疏水性的矿物粒子附着于气泡上， 并与气泡一起浮到矿浆表面，形成矿 化气泡层，另一些容易被水湿润的， 即一般称作亲水性的矿物粒子不附着 于气泡上，而留在矿浆中，将含有特 定矿物的矿化气泡排出，从而达到选 矿的目的。三、机器的润滑：1、主轴轴承采用油杯润滑，采 用钙基润滑脂，每班加油二次。2、减速器采用油浴润滑，润滑 油为45#机
8、油，每六个月换一次。四、机器的安装调试：1、浮选机应安装在坚固的水泥混凝土 基础上，该基础须用水平校核，允差 为1/1000 ,地基须留的沟槽由用户根 据工艺流程自行设计。2、浮选机安装时，也应用水平仪 校正，斜度允差1/1000且须是进料端 高于出料端。When the mine is grinding or after grinding, add water and necessary medicine produces the mine slurry after mixing, feed into thechutethat begirto mix,ad(air into mine slu

12、al part.(2) Motor .五、浮选机成套供应范围包括:(1) 全套机械部分。(2) 电动机。六、试运转和负荷运转：(1) 浮选机开动前要检查各部 螺栓及键紧固有无松动。叶轮锁紧螺 母是否可靠。(2) 大三角带轮及叶轮转动是 否灵活平稳。(3) 检查各润滑部是否良好， 有无漏油。(4) 矿液循环是否堵塞和漏 浆。(5) 液面调节机构是否灵活可 靠。(6) 电机设施是否齐全，灵活 可靠。(7) 外露的旋转部分装置是否 牢固可靠的防护罩。1、试运转：(1) 将浮选机总装后，注入活 水作不少于2小时的运转试验。(2) 在试验过程中，浮选机运 转要平稳灵活、无噪音、无擦碰、无6、Experi

16、 料槽及闸门、间槽不得有矿浆流出， 轴承升温不高于35度，最高温度不超 过65度。3、停车检查：在浮选机每次停车时，应细致 检查以下几个方面，如发现问题，必 须解决后方可开始连续运转。(1) 各部螺栓是否松动。(2) 叶轮定子的磨损情况。(3) 各部轴承的运转润滑情 况。(4) 各部管路是否完好。(5) 各电器线路及设施是否灵 活可靠，有无漏电。七、浮选机的使用和保养：1、浮选机的工作能力和工作期 限和其他机器一样是决定于保养及保 持各主要零件的正常工作，所有各工 作部分,3-4个月要进行一次仔细的done after the hollow experiment turn.
