()A. such B. very C. so D. too【知能进阶】“so+形容词/副词+that .引导结果状语从句，意思是“如此以致，that只起连接作用，不作句子成分。如：They got so excited that they cried out.He runs so fast that nobody can catch up with him. 有时还用于“so+形容词+
2、a(n)+名词+that结构。如：He is so good a doctor that everybody loves and respects him “sothat句型位于句首时主句采用局部倒装语序。如：So angry was he that he couldnt say a word. So much did they eat that they could not move for the next hour.【拓展】suchthat与sothat意思相同，而such后边要用名词这个名词前面可以带形容词，也可以不带。因此，suchthat的句型结构可分以下三种：1. such+ a
3、(n)+形容词+单数名词+ that如：It was such a fine day that nobody wanted to stay at home. 2. such+形容词+复数名词+ that如：Our teacher told us such funny stories that all the students laughed. 3. such+形容词+不可数名词+ that如：The book is written in such easy English that beginners can understand it. 【注意】so . that . 引导结果状语从句有时候
4、可以与such . that .句型相互转换。如：The stone is so heavy that I can lift it up.= It is such a heavy stone that I can lift it up.如果such后边的名词前由表数量的many、 much、few、little等词所修饰的话，那么不用such而用so。【实例对接】I was so nervous that I tried to back out, but my friends persuaded me to go through with it. 11、注意】observe后面既可以跟省略了不定式符号的动词原形做宾语补足语，还可以跟现在分词做宾语补足语。所不同的是：如果强调看到动作正在进行，那么用现在分词；如果强调看见了动作的全过程，那么用省略了不定式符号的动词原形。但observe如果用于被动语态中，省略了的不定式符号to应补上。如：Some people observed Mary enter the supermarket. Mary was observed to enter the supermarket. 有人注意到玛丽走进了这家超市。强调动作的整个过程Some people observed Mary entering the
