1、劳动合同,人员聘用协议 人员聘用协议 人员聘用协议 本协议于_年_月_日由伊朗 abc 工厂(以下简称甲方)与 xx(以下简称乙方)签订。 鉴于甲方愿聘乙方，乙方同意应聘为甲方在伊朗的工程师。 双方协议如下： 1. 聘约为_年，自一九九七年十一月四日至一九九七年十一月四日，自乙方抵达之日正式开始生效。乙方在完成二年工作后即返回本国。 2. 乙方月薪为美金 1，200(壹仟贰佰元)，由甲方在伊朗支付并可由乙方随意汇往中国。在服务期间，乙方的住所由甲方提供。 3. 乙方自北京至伊朗以及服务期满自伊朗回北京的飞机票，由甲方提供。 4. 乙方应遵守伊朗的法律和规章。 5. 本协议中英文本各二份，由双方
