40、行更新调整。2 Master Information Block2.1 发送场景UE会在下述过程之后接收系统信息:1) 小区选择(开机后)和小区重选2) 切换3) 从其它RAT进入E-UTRA4) 重回服务区5) 接收到系统信息改变通告6) 接收到ETWS通告指示7) 接收到CDMA2000上层请求8) 系统信息超出最大有效期-周期性的补充点:LTE中之所以要在切换后接受系统消息,是因为LTE系统设计扁平化以后取消了RNC网元,也就是LTE中切换的测量配置下发、判决都是eNodeB完成,在当前不支持X2口切换前提下,切换完成后UE对于该小区下的系统消息配置是不清楚,所以会接收系统消息;如果支持

41、X2口切换的话,在切换前源eNodeB和目标eNodeB之间会交互配置信息,则不用接收系统消息。2.2 发端网元处理组装消息内容2.3 收端网元处理接收到MasterInformationBlock后,UE将:1) 应用phich-Config中携带的无线资源配置信息;1)当T311正在运行,UE处于RRC_IDLE或者RRC_CONNECTED状态:2) 如果UE没有相关小区的有效系统信息:3)将ul-Bandwidth 设置为dl-Bandwidth,直到接收到SystemInformationBlockType2。2.4 字段解释2.4.1 dl-bandwidth1) 字段类型:BIT
