1、52钢筋电渣压力焊接施工工艺标准目 次1 适用范围12 引用标准13 材料要求14 施工准备15 操作工艺26 质量控制37 验收标准48 成品保护4I钢筋电渣压力焊接施工工艺标准1 适用范围本标准适用于工业与民用建筑，构筑物的钢筋混凝土结构中竖向或斜向（倾斜度在4：1范围内）钢筋的焊接。2 引用标准混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范（GB502042002）钢筋焊接及验收规程（JGJ182003）钢筋混凝土用热轧带肋钢筋 (GB149998)优质碳素结构钢 (GB/T6991999)3 材料要求3.1 直径为1420的HPB235、直径为1432的HRB335、HRB400热轧带肋钢筋，其性能应
2、符合符合钢筋混凝土用热轧带肋钢筋GB149998 标准的要求。钢筋应平直、无损伤；表面没有裂纹，颗粒状或片状老锈。3.2 焊剂：应有材质证明书，可采用焊剂431。4 施工准备4.1 主要机具4.1.1 应采用次级空载电压78V80V的交流或直流电源。4.1.2 控制系统应稳定可靠，与焊机相联系安装牢靠。4.1.3 焊接夹具应有足够的刚度，夹具钳口的同轴度度应0.5。目前夹具主要有两种形式：半自动手摇动式和全自动式。4.2 作业条件4.2.1 可用钢筋切断机下料，端部200长度内应顺直。4.2.2 将电源、控制系统和焊接夹具线路接好。4.2.3 除去钢筋导电部位的铁锈、油污、水泥浆等。钢筋端部有
3、弯折、扭曲时，应予以矫直或切除。4.2.4 准备好焊剂，须经250300、2h烘焙,以当天为量。4.2.5 当钢筋长度超过3m时搭设操作用脚手架。4.2.6 在工程开工正式焊接之前，参与该项施焊的焊工应进行现场条件下的焊接工艺试验，并经试验合格后，方可正式操作。试验结果应符合质量检验与验收的要求。5 操作工艺5.1 半自动手摇式5.1.1 接好线路。5.1.2 根据钢筋直径、级别，定好全程焊接时间（表1）。5.1.3 根据钢筋直径、级别，选择适当的焊接电流（表1）。5.1.4 卡好下钢筋，下钢筋端头要高出下钳口810。5.1.5 摇动手柄将上夹钳移动到离上止点1.5cm处。5.1.6 卡好上钢
4、筋。5.1.7 摇动手柄，下送上钢筋，使上、下钢筋端部接触，钢筋一经夹紧，不得晃动。5.1.8 装焊剂罐，垫好石棉垫。5.1.9 将431焊剂装如罐中。5.1.10 夹焊把钳。5.1.11 按动仪表盘上的启动按钮通电。迅速摇动手柄，提起上钢筋24引弧，观察电压表，上升或下降上钢筋，将电压稳定在35V45V之间；经过t1焊接时间后，将电压稳定在18V22V之间；当蜂鸣器响起、信号灯亮时，迅速下送上钢筋顶压，按动断电按钮。5.1.12 接头焊毕，应停歇后，方可回收焊剂和卸下夹具，移到另一钢筋上，留下焊剂罐继续保温。5.1.13 当渣壳冷却后，敲掉渣壳。表1 电渣压力焊接参数钢筋直径（）焊接电流(A

6、、下钢筋之间放直径10cm的引弧球或5长的焊条头）。5.2.7 装焊剂罐，垫石棉垫。5.2.8 将431焊剂装入罐中。5.2.9 夹焊把钳。5.2.10 按动控制盒上启动按钮，焊接过程自动完成。当蜂鸣器响，指示灯亮时表明焊接过程完成，并自动断电。5.2.11 卸去夹具，移到另一钢筋上，留下焊剂罐继续保温。5.2.12 当渣壳冷却后，敲掉渣壳。6 质量控制6.1 组织技术人员、采购人员对生产焊接机具的厂家做好评审。做好选型。6.2 雨、雪天不宜在现场进行施焊。必须施焊时，应采取有效遮挡措施。焊接机具应放在特制工具箱内，以防雨淋和人为损坏。焊机应经常维护保养和定期检修，确保正常使用。6.3 上岗人
7、员必须经过培训，持证上岗。6.4 质量检查员要逐个检查接头。当发现偏心、弯折、烧伤等焊接缺陷时，应查找原因和采取措施，及时消除。对不合格接头用粉笔做好标识，切除重焊。6.5 及时抽取试件作好机械性能试验。6.6 每个结构部位焊接过程中，应检查3次焊接参数，每次1个接头，可分别在开始、中间、即将结束3个阶段进行。6.7 施焊时应随时观察电源电压的波动情况。当电源电压大于5、小于8，应采取提高焊接变压器级数的措施；当大于等于8时，不得进行焊接。7 验收标准7.1 主控项目7.1.1 在施工现场，应按国家现行标准钢筋焊接及验收规程JGJ182003的规定。在钢筋混凝土结构中，应以300个同牌号钢筋接
8、头为一批；在房屋结构中，应以不超过两个楼层中300个同牌号钢筋接头作为一批；当不足300个接头时，仍应作为一批。每批随机切取3个接头作为拉伸试验。三个试件的抗拉强度均不得低于国家标准规定的该级别钢筋抗拉强度值。若有一个试件的抗拉强度值低于规定数值，应取双倍数量的试件复验，复验结果，若仍有一个试件的强度达不到上述要求，该批接头即为不合格品。7.2 一般项目7.2.1 钢筋接头宜设置在受力较小处。同一纵向受力钢筋不宜设置两个或两个以上接头。接头末端至钢筋弯起点的距离不应小于钢筋直径的10倍。7.2.2 受力钢筋设置在同一构件内的接头宜相互错开。当设计无具体要求时，按混凝土结构施工质量验收规范GB5
