1、 Q/BY QEOR 1301 NO： 交 底 记 录工程名称丰好尊品小区工程部位钢筋气压焊接受部门项目部交底部门宝业建设新疆工程公司交底内容及要求：一、定义与适用范围：钢筋气压焊是指采用氧乙炔火焰或氧液化石油气火焰（或其他火焰），对两钢筋对接处加热，使其达到热塑性状态（固态）或熔化状态（熔态）后，加压完成的一种压焊方法。适用范围见下表：焊接方法接头形式适用范围钢筋牌号钢筋直径（mm）气压焊固态HPB300HRB335HRB400HRB5001222124012401232熔态注：当两钢筋直径不同时，也可采用气压焊连接，但其两直径之差不得大于7mm。二、施工准备：1、材料及主要机具：1.1 钢
2、筋：钢筋的级别、直径必须符合设计要求，有出厂证明书及复试报告单；进口钢筋还应有化学复试单，其化学成分应满足焊接要求，并应有可焊性试验。1.2 氧气（O2）：气压焊采用的氧气纯度应在99.5%以上，质量符合GB3863中类或类一级的技术质量要求。1.3 乙炔气（C2H2）：最好用瓶装溶解乙炔，质量应符合GB6819的要求，其纯度必须在98%以上，磷化氢含量不得大于0.06%，硫化氢含量不得大于0.1%，水分含量不得大于1L/m3，丙酮含量应不大于45g/m3；如使用乙炔发生器直接生产的乙炔时，使用的电石质量要符合有关标准规定的优级品或一级品的要求。1.4 液化石油气：是油田开采或炼油工业中的副产
3、品，常温常压下呈现气态，其主要成分是丙烷（C3H8），占50%80%，其余是丁烷（C4H10），还有少量丙烯（C3H6）及丁烯（C4H8），为碳氢化合物组成的混合物；液化石油气约在0.8MPa1.5MPa压力下即变成液体，便于瓶装储存运输；其与氧气混合燃烧的火焰温度为22002800，稍低于氧乙炔火焰。1.5 主要机具：1.5.1 供气装置：应包括氧气瓶、溶解乙炔气瓶（或中压乙炔发生器）、液化石油气瓶、干式回火防止器、减压器及胶管等；氧气瓶和溶解乙炔瓶的使用应遵照国家有关规定执行。溶解乙炔气瓶的供气能力必须满足现场最大直径钢筋焊接时供气量的要求，若不敷使用时，可多瓶并联使用。1.5.2 多嘴环
4、管加热器：氧乙炔混合室的供气量应满足加热圈气体消耗量的需要，多嘴环管加热器应配备多种规格的加热圈，以满足不同直径钢筋焊接的需要，多束火焰应燃烧均匀，调整火焰方便；当采用氧液化石油气火焰进行加热焊接时，应配备梅花状喷嘴的多嘴环管加热器。1.5.3 加压器：加压能力应达到现场最大直径钢筋焊接时所需要的轴向压力。1.5.4 焊接夹具：应确保夹紧钢筋，并且当钢筋承受最大轴向压力时，钢筋与夹头之间不得产生相对滑移；应便于钢筋的安装定位，并在施焊过程中保持足够的刚度；动夹头应与定夹头同心，并且当不同直径钢筋焊接时，亦应保持同心；动夹头的位移应大于或等于现场最大直径钢筋焊接时所需要的压缩长度。2、作业条件：
5、2.1 焊工必须持有有效的焊工考试合格证。2.2 所有焊接设备各部件应坚固耐用，气管接头不得漏气，电气线路接触良好，自动控制系统反应灵敏，气瓶质量符合国家有关安全监察规程的规定，使用过程中，不得违规操作。2.3 在现场进行钢筋气压焊时，当风速超过5.4m/s，应采取档风措施；在负温下施工时，对气源设备应采取适当的保温防冻措施；当气温低于-15，应对接头采取预热和保温缓冷措施。2.4 作业场地应有安全防护措施、制定和执行安全技术措施，加强焊工的劳动保护，防止发生烧伤、火灾、爆炸以及损坏设备等事故。2.5 注意接头位置，注意同一区段内有接头钢筋截面面积的百分比，不符合混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范
6、有关条款的规定时，要调整接头位置后才能施焊。三、操作工艺1、工艺流程：检查设备、气源钢筋端头制备安装焊接夹具和钢筋试焊、作试件施焊卸下夹具质量检查2、仔细检查设备、气源等，确保其处于正常状态；3、钢筋端头制备：钢筋端面应切平，并应与钢筋轴线相垂直；在钢筋端部100mm长度范围内，若有水泥等附着物，应予以清除。钢筋边角毛刺及端面上铁锈、油污和氧化膜应清除干净，并经打磨，使其露出金属光泽，不得有氧化现象； 4、安装焊接夹具和钢筋：安装焊接夹具和钢筋时，应将两钢筋分别夹紧，并使两钢筋的轴线在同一直线上。钢筋安装后应加压顶紧，两钢筋之间的局部缝隙不得大于3mm； 5、试焊、作试件：工程开工正式焊接之前
7、，要进行现场条件下钢筋气压焊工艺性能的试验，以确认气压焊工的操作技能，确认现场钢筋的可焊性，并选取最佳的焊接工艺试验；钢筋从进场钢筋中截取，每批钢筋焊接6根接头，经外观检验合格后，其中3根做拉伸试验，3根做弯曲试验（工程需要时），试验合格后，按确定的工艺进行气压焊；6、钢筋气压焊时，应根据钢筋直径和焊接设备等具体条件选用等压法、二次加压或三次加压法焊接工艺。在两钢筋缝隙密合和镦粗过程中，对钢筋施加的轴向压力，按钢筋横截面积计，应为3040MPa。为保证对钢筋施加的轴向压力值，应根据加压器的型号，按钢筋直径大小事先换算成油压表读数，并写好标牌，以便准确控制；7、钢筋气压焊的开始宜采用碳化焰，对准
8、两钢筋接缝处集中加热，并使其内焰包住缝隙，防止钢筋端面产生氧化；在确认两钢筋缝隙完全密合后，应改用中性焰，以压焊面为中心，在两侧各一倍钢筋直径长度范围内往返宽幅加热；钢筋端面的合适加热温度应为11501250，钢筋镦粗区表面的加热温度应稍高于该温度，并随钢筋直径大小而产生的温度梯差而定； 8、钢筋气压焊中，通过最终的加热加压，应使接头的镦粗区形成规定的合适形状，然后停止加热，略为延时，卸除压力，拆下焊接夹具； 9、在加热过程中，如果在钢筋端面缝隙完全密合之前发生灭火中断现象，应将钢筋取下重新打磨、安装，然后点燃火焰进行焊接；如果发生在钢筋端面缝隙完全密合之后，可继续加热加压，完成焊接作业； 1
9、0、质量检查：在焊接生产中焊工应认真自检，若发现偏心、弯折、镦粗直径及长度不够、压焊面偏移、环向裂纹、钢筋表面严重烧伤、接头金属过烧、未焊合等质量缺陷，应切除接头重焊，并查找原因及时清除。四、质量标准1、质量检查项目1.1 钢筋气压焊接头应分批进行质量检查和验收；1.2 质量检查应包括外观检查和机械性能检查两部分。2、检查批量2.1 外观检查时的批量为全部接头；2.2 机械性能检查时，在现浇钢筋混凝土结构中，应以300个同牌号钢筋接头作为一批；在房屋结构中，应在不超过二楼层中300个同牌号钢筋接头作为一批，当不足300个接头时，仍应作为一批。3、试件数量机械性能检查时，从每批接头中随机切取3个
10、接头作拉伸试验；根据工程需要，另切取3个接头作弯曲试验。4、外观检查4.1 外观检查时，应首先由焊工对所焊接头全部自检，然后由质检人员逐个检查；4.2 外观检查的方法主要是目视检查，必要时，可采用游标卡尺或其他专用工具；4.3 外观检查项目和质量要求如下：a.接头处的轴线偏移e不得大于钢筋直径的1/10，且不得大于1mm（见下图a）；当不同直径钢筋焊接时，应按较小钢筋直径计算，当大于上述规定值时，但在钢筋直径的3/10以下时，可加热矫正（图12）；当大于3/10时，应切除重焊；b.接头处的弯折角度不得大于2度，当大于规定值时，应重新加热矫正；c.固态气压焊接头镦粗直径dc不得小于钢筋直径的1.
11、4倍；熔态气压焊接头镦粗直径dc不得小于钢筋直径的1.2倍（见下图b）；当小于上述规定值时，应重新加热镦粗；d. 镦粗长度Lc不得小于钢筋直径的1.0倍，且凸起部分平缓圆滑（见下图c），当小于上述规定值时，应重新加热镦长；e.接头处表面不得有肉眼可见的环向裂纹，如若发现，应切除重焊；f.镦粗区表面不得有严重烧伤；5、拉伸试验5.1 接头拉伸试件的受试长度Ls应等于钢筋公称直径的8倍，夹持长度Lj为100200mm，见下图： 质量验收拉伸试件（受试长度Ls，夹持长度Lj，试件全长L）5.2 拉伸试验结果3个试件抗拉强度均不得低于GB1499中该等级钢筋规定的抗拉强度值，并断于焊面之外，呈塑性断裂

13、验机上进行，亦可在手动液压弯曲试验器上进行；试件受压面的凸起部分应去除，与钢筋外表面齐平；焊压面应处在弯曲中心点，弯至90度，试件不得在压焊面发生破断；6.4 弯曲试验结果，若有一个试件不符合要求，应切取6个接头进行复验；复试结果，若仍有一个试件不符合要求，则该批接头判定为不合格品。7、质量检验合格证明书在钢筋气压焊施工中，每批钢筋焊接接头经质量检验合格后，应填写质量合格证明书，合格证明书中应包括工程号、批号、实际批量、接头部位、钢筋等级及直径、外观检查结果和机械性能试验结果等栏目，焊工和质检员应在合格证明书上签名。五、成品保护1、接头焊接完成后，不得过早拆卸夹具，防止接头弯曲变形、弯折；2、
14、焊后不准敲砸钢筋接头，不准往刚焊完后的接头上浇水；3、焊接时搭设好脚手架，不准踩踏其他已绑扎好的钢筋。六、应注意的质量问题1、在钢筋气压焊生产中，应重视焊接全过程中的任何一个环节。钢筋端面要切平，且垂直于轴线，打磨见光泽，无氧化现象；钢筋安装时上下同心，夹具紧固，严防晃动；加热要适度，加压要适当；若出现异常现象，应参照下表查找原因并及时消除。气压焊焊接缺陷及消除措施焊接缺陷产生原因消除措施轴线偏移（偏心）1、焊接夹具变形，两夹头不同心，或夹具刚度不够；2、两钢筋安装不正；3、钢筋结合端面倾斜；4、钢筋未夹紧进行焊接1、检查夹具，及时修理或更换；2、重新安装加紧；3、切平钢筋端面；4、加紧钢筋再

16、途熄火或火焰不当合理选择焊接参数，正确掌握操作方法2、气压焊可在负温条件下进行，但当环境温度低于-20时，则不得进行施焊；雨天、雪天不宜进行施焊，必须施焊时，应采取有效地遮蔽措施，焊后未冷却的接头，应避免碰到冰雪。七、质量记录本工艺标准应具备以下质量记录：1、钢筋出厂质量证明书或试验报告单；2、钢筋机械性能试验报告；3、进口钢筋应有化学成分检验报告和可焊性试验报告；国产钢筋在加工过程中发生脆断、焊接性能不良和机械性能显著不正常的，应有化学成分检验报告；4、钢筋接头拉伸试验报告；5、如工程需要时，钢筋气压焊用于梁、板的水平钢筋连接时，还应有钢筋接头的弯曲试验报告。八、安全环保措施1、承担钢筋焊接
17、工程的企业应建立健全钢筋焊接安全生产管理制度，并应对实施焊接操作和安全管理人员进行安全培训，经考核合格后方可上岗；2、操作人员必须按焊接设备的操作说明书或有关规程，正确使用设备和实施焊接操作；3、焊接人员操作前，应戴好安全帽，佩戴电焊手套、围裙、护腿，穿阻燃工作服；穿焊工皮鞋或电焊工劳保服，应戴防护眼镜（滤光或遮光镜）、头罩或手持面罩；4、施焊场周围应清除易燃易爆物品，或进行覆盖、隔离；5、必须在易燃易爆气体或液体扩散区施焊时，应经有关部门检试许可后，方可进行；6、氧气瓶、溶解乙炔气瓶或液化石油气瓶、干式回火防止器、减压器及胶管等，应防止破坏；发现压力表指针失灵，瓶阀、胶管有泄露，应立即修理或
18、更换；气瓶必须进行定期检查，使用期满或送检不合格的气瓶禁止继续使用；7、乙炔发生器必须设有防止回火的安全装置、保险链球式浮筒必须有防爆球，胶皮薄膜浮桶必须装设厚度为115毫米，直径不少于浮桶断面积的6070；8、氧气瓶、氧气表及焊割工具上，严禁沾染油脂；9、乙炔发生器的零件和管路接头，不得采用紫铜制作；10、高、中压乙炔发生器，应可靠接地，压力表及安全阀应定期校验；11、碎电石应掺在小块电石中使用，夜间添加电石，严禁用明火照明；12、乙炔发生器应每天换水，严禁在浮桶上放置物料，不准用手在浮桶上加压或摇动；13、乙炔发生器不得放置在电线的正下方，与氧气瓶不得同放一处，距易燃、易爆物品和明火的距离
19、不得少于10米；检验是否漏气，要用肥皂水，严禁用明火；14、氧气瓶应有防震胶圈，旋紧安全帽，避免碰撞和剧烈震动，并防止曝晒，冻结应用热水加热严禁用火烤；15、乙炔气管用后需清除管内积水；胶管、防止回火的安全装置冻结时，应用热水或蒸汽加热解冻，严禁用火烘烤；16、点火时，焊枪口不准对人，正在燃烧的焊枪不得放在钢筋或地面上；带有乙炔和氧气时，不准放在金属容器内，以防气体逸出，发生燃烧事故；17、不得手持连接胶管的焊枪爬梯、登高；18、严禁在带压的容器或管道上焊、割，带电设备应先切断电源；19、在贮存过易燃、易爆及有毒物品的容器或管道上焊、割时，应先清除干净，并将所有孔口打开；20、电石应放在通风良
