12、胶合木板，断面5080、长2米杉木枋作为梁侧板压条、梁底及板底搁栅，48.33.6 mm钢管(计算时按483.0 mm钢管计算)扣件作为柱模柱箍、梁及板支撑立柱，14螺栓（层高为6m的剪力墙采用20螺栓）。2、 作业条件1）、按设计尺寸配模，支模要保证模板系统的整体稳定，模板拼缝严密。模板允许偏差符合规定要求。2）、踏步预埋件必须保证位置准确，安装牢固。3）、在砼浇筑后应及时进行浇水养护。4）、砼强度达到1.2Mpa以上时方可上人作业。5）轴线、钢筋工程及水电预埋等已进行隐蔽验收。6)、柱、剪力墙模板施工要留设清扫口，待模板、钢筋施工完成将柱脚、墙脚垃圾清理干净后，将清扫口封堵牢固。7柱、墙封
13、模前钉好压脚板7）、柱、剪力墙模板安装完成后，底部模板与底（楼）板面接口处不严密的地方，用1:3水泥砂浆沿模板外边底部进行封堵，防止混凝土漏浆。8）、板面混凝土有高低差处，使用型钢封边固定，保证混凝土截面尺寸，边顺直。9）剪力墙钢筋上放好水泥垫块（用于固定墙尺寸）10)封模申请令已签字。三、模板施工工艺：模板及支撑方案经计算复核，柱、梁、板支模（见详图）方案如下：1、柱子支模：截面为600600mm的柱子，层高6米柱子模板采用18胶合木板拼装而成；模板外侧用5080木枋作压条搁栅，B方向竖楞4根，H方向竖楞4根,B方向间距0.183米，H方向间距0.183米；柱箍为48.33.6 mm双钢管，
14、间距为200mm。截面为500500mm,层高小于等于6米的柱子，支模方式跟截面为600600mm的柱子相同 2、墙模板支撑：计算断面宽度350mm，层高6米墙模板采用18胶合木板拼装而成；模板外侧用双钢管48.33.6 mm钢管作压条搁栅内龙骨间距200mm，外龙骨采用双钢管48mm3.6mm。对拉螺栓布置12道，在断面内水平间距200+200+400+400+400+500+500+500+600+600+600+600mm，断面跨度方向间距600mm，直径20mm。墙厚为200、250mm、300mm的楼板，层高小于6米的墙板支模方式同于墙厚350mm的墙板。3、楼板模板支模：板厚为15
15、0mm的楼板，层高为6米。采用18木胶合木板,木搁栅采用5080mm方木,间距200,牵杆和立柱采用48.33.6 mm钢管，纵向及横向水平杆均采用48.33.6 mm钢管，立杆横向间距或排距为0.9mm，立柱纵向间距0.9，步距1500mm，垫板选用20020050mm木板。立杆与横杆采用双扣件连接。每道剪刀撑宽度不应小于4跨，且不应小于6m，斜杆与地面的倾角宜在4560之间。板厚为120mm的楼板，层高小于6米的楼板支模方式同于板厚150mm的楼板。2、梁支模：截面为350700mm的梁，层高为6米；梁底模、侧模均采用18胶合木板拼装而成，梁底采用双扣件抗滑移；梁侧模外侧用5080木枋作压
16、条，竖向间距350mm；梁底用5080木枋作搁栅，梁底模板木枋间距150mm。梁支撑立杆用钢管搭设双排钢管排架，梁底按照均匀布置承重杆2根、间距为1000mm，立柱梁跨度方向间距900；梁两侧立柱间距900mm；立杆支撑架步距1.5m，梁排架与板排架连成脚手架整体，纵横双向拉结，并设剪刀撑、扫地杆。每道剪刀撑宽度不应小于4跨，且不应小于6m，斜杆与地面的倾角宜在4560之间。 截面为：200400、200500、200420、350500、400400、100300、200600、200300、350700、200300、200600、200700、250800、350500mm的梁，层高小于
17、等于6米，支模方式与350700mm的梁相同。KZ、剪力墙、楼板的阴阳角均需要加方条压实订紧。电梯井的模板及支撑架方案（1） 模板施工工艺：1、模板施工（）电梯井内模板安装模板用18厚夹板制作，竖向用5080枋木贴紧模板，横向用48钢管压实，用穿墙螺栓收紧的方法，夹紧牢固。5080枋木间距300，钢管间距500，每边设14穿墙螺栓拉固，间距500，以加强模板刚度。电梯井内每层用3根18a号槽钢作为48.33.6 mm钢管的支承端，在槽钢处并用脚手板板铺面，每楼层用脚手板板封闭一次。为更有利于安装、拆模，电梯井内从底层搭设。（2）安装外墙内侧、内墙模板1、先将阴阳角模吊到作业现场使之就位。 2、
18、按照先横墙后纵墙的安装顺序，按编号、按顺序将模板吊至安装部位，用撬棍按墙线把模板调整到位。安装穿墙螺栓，对称调整模板、地脚丝杠，用磁力线坠借助支模辅助线，调测模板垂直度，使模板垂直度偏差2mm，水平标高偏差2mm，并挂线调整模板上口，使上口顺直偏差2、87581002梁、拱、壳87581003悬臂构件2100在拆模过程中，如发现实际混凝土强度并未达到要求，有影响结构安全的质量问题时，应暂停拆模，经妥当处理，实际强度达到要求后，方可继续拆除。已拆除模板及其支架的混凝土结构，应在混凝土强度达到设计的混凝土强度标准值后，才允许承受全部设计的使用荷载。当承受施工荷载的效应比使用荷载更为不利时，必须经过
19、核算，加设临时支撑。拆除芯模或预留孔的内模，应在混凝土强度能保证不发生塌陷和裂缝时，方可拆除。拆模之前必须有拆模申请，并根据同条件养护试块强度记录达到规定时，技术负责人方可批准拆模。对于大体积混凝土，除应满足混凝土强度要求外，还应考虑保温措施，拆模之后要保证混凝土内外温差不超过20，以免发生温差裂缝。种类模板拆除的顺序和方法，应根据模板设计的规定进行。如果模板设计无规定时，可按先支的后拆、后支的先拆，先拆非承重的模板、后拆承重的模板及支架的顺序进行拆除。拆除的模板必须随拆随清理，以免钉子扎脚、阻碍通行发生事故。拆模时下方不能有人，拆模区应设警戒线，以防有人误入被砸伤。拆除的模板向下运送传递，要
20、上下呼应，不能采取猛撬，以致大片塌落的方法拆除。用起重机吊运拆除的模板时，模板应推码整齐并捆牢，才可吊运，否则在空中造成“天女散花”是很危险的。2.现浇楼盖及框架结构拆模一般现浇楼盖及框架结构的拆模顺序如下：拆柱模斜撑与柱箍拆柱侧模拆楼板底模拆梁侧模拆梁底模。楼板模板的拆除，应设置供拆模人员站立的平台或架子，还必须将洞口和临边进行封闭后，才能开始工作，不得采取猛撬，以致大片塌落的方法拆除。拆下的模板不准随意向下抛掷。已经活动的模板，必须一次连续拆除完方可停歇，以免落下伤人。模板立柱有多道水平拉杆，应先拆除上面的，按由上而下的顺序拆除，拆除最后一道连杆应与拆除立柱同时进行，以免立柱倾倒伤人。多层
