C20细石混凝土、厚度35mm（配6500x500钢筋网）5. 保温层6. 防水卷材7. 1：3水泥砂浆，砂浆中掺聚丙烯或锦纶-6纤维0.750.90kg/m38. 现浇钢筋混凝土屋面板四、屋面保温施工工艺：4.1（1）保温层用 60厚挤塑板与聚合物 砂浆黏贴，标准块应为不大于 1200 600，并在挤塑板上抹 10mm15mm 厚，不少于板面积 40%的 聚合物砂浆，四周满抹不少80宽聚合物砂浆，板与板之间不抹砂浆，铺平压实，施工时可先上后下， 一边干一边退，直到檐口部位。（2）保温层施工完成后，待砂浆
2、达到强度，应及时进行找平层的施工；找平层施工时，应铺上脚手板，防止踩坏保温。雨季施工时，保温层应采取遮盖措施。（3）板状材料保温层施工应符合下列规定：a 板状材料保温层的基层应平整、干燥和干净。 b 板状保温材料应紧靠在需保温的基层表面上，并应铺平垫稳。c粘贴的板状保温材料应贴严、粘牢。 d 板状保温材料，一定紧靠基层表面。4.2作业条件 (1) 基层应平整、干燥和干净，并经验收合格后方可进行保温层的施工。 (2) 穿过屋面的管根部位，应做好细部处理。 (3) 材料的运输、存放应注意防潮，防止破损和污染。4.3 施工要求 (1) 应先将基层清理干净，保温板块应铺平垫稳。 (2)粘贴的板块保温材
3、料应贴严、粘牢。保温板铺完后，应采取保护措施， 做好成品保护工作。 (3)水落口周围直径 500mm 范围内坡度不应小于 5%，以满足规范规定的排水 坡度要求。五、屋面保温质量标准5.1主控项目 a 保温材料的堆积密度或表观密度、导热系数以及板材的强度、吸水率， 必须符合设计要求。 检验方法：检查出厂合格证、质量检验报告和现场抽样复验报告。 b 保温层的含水率必须符合设计要求。 检验方法：检查现场抽样检验报告。5.2一般项目 a 保温层的铺设应符合下列要求：保温材料：紧贴（靠）基层，铺平垫稳，拼缝严密，找坡正确，没有翻檐处铺设，要离边缘60mm,由细石混凝土找齐。检验方法：观察检查。 b 保温
4、层厚度的允许偏差：保温材料为 5%，且不得大于 4mm。 检验方法：用钢针插入和尺量检查。c在保温层中放好屋面排气管 5.3 细石砼保护层 斜屋面细石砼保护层施工前,应将保温层表面清扫干净,检查平整度、 排水坡度 和完整性，支设好分格缝的木条,根据工程实际情况,分格缝规格 40004000。一个分格内的砼应尽可能连续浇筑,不得留施工缝,振捣采用铁辊滚 压或人工拍实,不宜采用机械振捣,以免破坏保温层,砼浇筑时宜边插捣边滚压直 至密实和表面泛浆，泛浆后用铁抹子压实抹平，并要保证保护层的设计厚度和排 水坡度。铺设、振动、滚压砼时必须保证钢丝网间距及位置在混凝土中间位置。待砼终凝前进行第二次压实抹光，
5、要求做到 表面平光，不起砂、起皮无抹板压痕位置，抹压时，不得撒干水泥。待砼终凝后， 必须立即进行养护，用草袋、锯末覆盖后浇水养护，养护时间不少于 14 天，养 护期间保证覆盖材料的湿润，并禁止闲人上屋面踩踏或在上继续施工。 六、上人平屋面施工艺6.1在防水层上做60厚的挤塑板保温。6.2 30厚细石混凝土找平层压光，内配直径6mm双向间距为200mm的钢筋网片。6.3 砼收水初凝后，及时取出分格缝条，用铁抹子第二次压实抹光，并及时修补 分格缝的缺损部分，做到平直整齐，分格缝用 油膏嵌缝，整面压实浇水养护。七、屋面挂瓦施工工艺7.1材料要求： a 水泥瓦及其脊瓦的质量及贮运保管应符合下列规定 b
6、 水泥瓦及其脊瓦应边缘整齐表面光洁不得有分层裂纹和露砂等缺陷平 瓦的瓦爪与瓦槽的尺寸应准确 c 瓦运输时应轻拿轻放不得抛扔碰撞进入现场后应堆垛整齐 d 材料进场后应进行外观检查，并按规定进行抽样复验。 e 抹出的水泥挂瓦条强度等级应符合设计要求。 f 水泥砂浆配比为 1：3，要求应具有良好的和易性，浇水养护。7.2主要机具： 砂浆搅拌机 J750、墨斗、运输小车、锤子、铁锹、灰铲。7.3 作业条件： a 现浇砼屋面板密实,表面平整,坡度符合设计要求,基层已验收合格。作 业人员应掌握施工方法，坡屋面施工人员必须有安全防护措施。b平瓦应铺成整齐的行列，彼此紧密搭接，并应瓦榫落槽，瓦脚挂牢;瓦头平齐
7、，檐口应成一直线;靠近屋脊处的第一排瓦应用砂浆窝牢。 c 平瓦屋面与山墙及突出屋面结构等交接处，均应做泛水处理。 d瓦屋面完工后严禁上人任意走动、踩踏或堆放物品。 7.4水泥挂瓦条 a、接照施工图，用墨线正确标出横向铺瓦的间距，大屋面尽量 在有效尺寸容许差内调整到不切瓦为原则。 b、做水泥瓦条：由檐口起向屋脊方向按瓦的适当间距依次抹出水泥瓦条，不能踩坏挂瓦条。 c、纵向铺瓦的间距，尽量在有效 尺寸容许差内调整到不切瓦为原则。 d、通过提升架，把需用的瓦件吊到屋面，须留出施工位置，平均放置，以 便施工。 e、盖屋面：由檐口起，沿着纵向墨线一般习惯依序盖瓦，每片瓦耳必须挂 在瓦条上。 f、盖屋脊：
8、屋面盖完后，紧临顶端两侧之间需留 100mm 的空隙，内垫灰浆，后盖脊瓦后用色料灰浆填抹勾缝后完成作业。 g、清洁瓦面的灰浆，每天在完工部分瓦体后及最后上色料工序后，要清干 净瓦面，以保持瓦面的清洁、光亮。 h、屋面因为有排气管道等，所以在抹水泥挂瓦条时除了按 大屋面那样放线、抹挂瓦条之外还要注意屋面阴角排水和阴角瓦的铺盖、切割， 切割阴角瓦时，要把需切割的瓦铺上，拉上通长线，把每块要切割的瓦画上线， 用切割机切齐，坡屋面的下檐口与天沟交接处要用1:3水泥砂浆抹平堵实。八、屋面挂瓦质量标准： 8.1 平瓦及其脊瓦的质量必须符合设计要求，必须有出场合格证书和质 量检验报告。 8.2 平瓦必须铺置
