2、ver capableof controlling MOSFETs connected as a 3-phase solid-staterelay in phase-isolaTIon applicaTIons. It has three independentfloaTIng gate drive outputs to maintain the power MOSFETs inthe on-state over the full supply range with high phase-voltageslew rates. An integrated charge pump regulato
3、r provides theabove battery supply voltage necessary to maintain the powerMOSFETs in the on-state conTInuously when the phase voltageis equal to the battery voltage. The charge pump will maintainsufficient gate drive (7.5 V) for battery voltages down to 4.5 Vwith 100 k gate source resistors.The thre
4、e gate drives can be controlled by a single logic-levelinput. In typical applications, the MOSFETs will be switchedon within 8 s and will switch off within 1 s.Two independent activation inputs can be used to put the A6862into a low-power sleep mode with the charge pump disabled.Undervoltage monitor
5、s check that the pumped supply voltageand the gate drive outputs are high enough to ensure that theMOSFETs are maintained in a safe conducting state.The A6862 is supplied in a 16-lead TSSOP (LP) with exposedpad for enhanced thermal dissipation.
