1、 摘 要 I 摘 要 我国市场经济的快速发展，以及对外开放政策的不断深入，为我国制造行业发 展提供了广阔的平台和空间，实现了经济效益和生产效率的不断提升。然而，落后 的管理模式已经无法满足企业的实际需求，生产过程中的复杂性以及产品品种的多 样性导致了生产成本管理工作难度的不断加大。如何提升企业生产成本管理的有效 性和准确性，是当前我国制造行业亟待需要解决的问题。 企业信息化的推广和应用，使得传统的企业管理模式受到很大冲击。全面的企 业信息化管理模式，需要具备信息集成与共享的能力，为企业的经营决策提供及时、 可靠的信息依据，保证企业经营决策的质量和效率，确保企业各项生产活动的有序 开展，并降低企
2、业的实际经营风险。对于企业来说，企业资源计划（ERP）对于企业 发展具有非常重要的意义。ERP 系统能够对企业产品成本进行有效的模拟和优化，并 在采购过程中应用作业成本的思想来核算以及控制采购成本，在生产制造阶段应用 标准的成本思想来制定作业成本并实现对成本差异的系统分析。 ERP 系统的建设和应用需要借助标准的作业成本管理体系，并对企业的产品设 计、采购以及生产进行具体的设计。大连连美公司作为典型的中小型机械制造业企 业，应用 ERP 系统将能够有效对信息管理质量的有效提升，提高企业的综合管理水 平，实现对落后信息管理技术的改善和优化，促进企业的健康平稳发展。本文针对 大连连美公司 ERP
3、系统的实施展开深入研究，指出大连连美公司 ERP 系统的建设目 标和、特点及效果。并在相关研究的基础上对大连连美公司 ERP 系统建设中的问题 和不足提出合理的解决方案和对策，期望能为国内其它类似规模的制造企业提供借 鉴和帮助，从而推动 ERP 在国内中小型机械制造企业的健康发展。 关键词关键词： ERP 系统；成本管理；管理水平；作业成本管理 河北科技大学硕士学位论文 II Abstract The rapid development of China market economy and the opening-door policy provide us a superior platf
4、orm to achieve the continuous improvement of the economic and production efficiency for China manufacturing industry. However, out-of-date management mode cannot satisfy the practical needs of enterprises.The complexity of production process and diversity of product variety led to the increasing dif
5、ficulty of the management of production cost.What China manufacturing industry urgently needs to cope with is how to enhance the validity and accuracy of the management of production cost. The application and promotion of enterprise information have a great impact on the traditional enterprise manag
6、ement mode.Comprehensive enterprise information management mode, equipped with the ability to integrate and share information, provides timely and reliable information basis for enterprise business decision-making to ensure the quality and efficiency of business decision-making, to ensure that the p
7、roduction activities carried out in an orderly manner and reduce the operational risks.As for enterprises, ERP is significant for its development. ERP system construction and application of standard operating cost management system need to use the specific design of the product design, procurement a

ERP system is able to simulate and optimize enterprise product cost effectively.In the meanwhile, it applies the idea of operating cost to the procurement process to measure and control the procurement cost.Whats more,in the manufacturing stage, it applies the idea of standard cost to

Demanding the help of operating cost management system,the construction and application of ERP system carries out specific designs for procurement,production and designs of enterprise product.Dalian Lianmei Company,as
10、 a typical Medium and Small-sized Machine Manufacturing Enterprises,applies ERP system to achieve effective promotion of information management quality and comprehensive management level in order to improve and optimize the out-of-date information management technology and ensure healthy and steady
