It is directly flanged to the cutter motor. Power transfer between motor and gear is effected via an elastic bolt couplin

30、the two loader transmissions and the loading stars. During cutting the machine is stabilized by two hydraulic cylinders via the loading table. The loading table is of heavy-duty design with a standard width of 3.5 m. (As an option it can be extended with rigid extension pieces up to a total width of

The maximum haulage capacity is appro

33、ximately 300 m per hour. The smallest clearance beneath the turret is large enough (550 mm high and 600 mm wide) to allow the passage of relatively large lumps of material. The chain conveyor is powered via the loader transmissions and water-cooled electric- motors (watertight) of 36 kW each (50 Hz)

Each of the track assemblies consists of track rollers, take-up pulley, take-up

37、 sprocket, drive sprocket, drive unit and crawler. The centre part of the track assembly moves on wear-resistant slides. Drive sprocket and take-up sprocket are single sprockets. Tensioning of the crawlers is carried out by means of grease cylinders. Due to the large width of the crawlers, the groun

38、d pressure is low. Each crawler track is driven individually.
