13、参考。 方 法：采用访谈和问卷的方式，对广西中医药大学中医英语临床口 译主要涉及的医生（25名） 、留学生（23名）和译员（14名）进行调查。 通过百分比统计，对闭合式问题的结果进行定量分析，对半开放式和开 放式问题结果进行定性分析。 结 果： 访谈和问卷调查结果显示，中医英语临床口译主要受到环境 因素和人为因素的五类因素的影响。 结 论：中医英语临床口译除了直接受到译员自身专业素养的限制， 还受到多种因素的共同影响；这些因素在今后的中医临床口译实践中不 容忽视。 关键词：中医；英语翻译；临床口译；影响因素 10 Exploration on Main Interacting Factors
14、of TCM English Clinical Interpreting: Based on Current Situation of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine ABSTRACT Objective: This research aims to find out the factors affecting each party (the doctor, the oversea student, the interpreter, and even the patient) in the process of communication in T
15、CM clinical interpreting; to analyze the major causes of each factor; to propose solutions to the problems mentioned; to provide some personal experiences, research data and suggestions to those who are involved in clinical TCM interpreting and those who are interested in this research sphere; and t
16、o help improve the present situation in clinical TCM interpreting practice. Methods: Questionnaire and interview were adopted for this research method. Doctors, overseas students and interpreters who involved in TCM English clinical interpreting of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine were invited
17、 to participant in the survey. By calculating, a quantitative analysis was conducted for the results from the close questions and those which from the semi- close and open questions were qualitative analyzed. Results: Two main interacting factorsenvironmental and 11 artificialwere indicated accordin
18、g to the results of interviews and questionnaires during the practice of TCM English clinical interpreting. Each of them includes their subordinate factors in details. Conclusion: Besides the professional quality of the interpreter, there are some other interacting factors for the satisfactory clini
19、cal interpreting. Those factors might not be neglected during the practice of TCM clinical interpreting in the future. Key words: traditional Chinese medicine; English translation; clinical interpreting; interacting factor 12 引 言 近年来，随着中医的国际地位不断提升，越来越多的欧美人士选择 来华学习中医。但由于自身汉语水平极为有限，留学生主要以英语作为 第一交流用语。因此，中医英语临床口译成为中医药院校临床教学过程 中不可或缺的重要环节。它所涉及的对象主要有医生、患者、留学生和 译员，并要求译员在有限的时间内，于上述各方之间进行轮回性口
