ScoDe This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the form of specifications for asphalt finishers, hereinafter referred to as “specification form“, and the gist of writing the specifications in the form. Remark: The units and numerical values given in in this Standard are based on t

5、he International System of Units (Si) and are appended for informative reference. 2, Specification Form 2.1 The specifications shall be prepared according to the form shown in The specifications are intended to show the summary of the performance and characteristic elements of asphalt finishers, and

6、 the items to be written may be appropriately selected according to the purpose. Attached Table. 2.2 Further, where required, the construction and material of each part and the testing method, etc. shall also be written. 2.3 Where required, drawings such as a full drawing shall be attached. 3. Gist

7、of Writing in Specification Form The gist of writing in the specification form and the order of writing shall be as follows: 3.1 Type and Designation of Vehicle These shall be used for designation of asphalt finishers and be written in the following order: Abbreviation of manufacturers name, nominat

8、ion, nomenclature of asphalt finisher. (lb 3.2 Manufacturers Name The manufacturers name shall be written. 3.3 Total Mass of Finisher The mass in the prepared service condition( 1) .shall be written. specified volume of fuel. 12、in accordance with JIS D 1001 or JIS D 1005. 3.5 Performance (1) Travel Speed The travel speed at each speed stage at the rated rotating speed of the engine shall be written. (2) Minimum Turning Radius The radius of the locus of the outermost part of the body and that of the locus of the outer side

13、of the crawler belt bearing face or that of the locus of the center of the outer front wheel tire when the vehicle turns with the minimum possible radius shall be written. (3) Hill Climbing Ability The slope angle at which the vehicle can climb continuously in the prepared service condition shall be

14、 written. (4) Paving Width The standard paving width(2) and the maximum paving width with which the finisher can continuously pave the ground surface with heated mixture shall be written. Note ( 2 ) The standard paving width means the paving width obtained when the extensions are detached. Paving Th

15、ickness thickness with which the finisher can continuously pave with heated mix- ture, and in addition, the corresponding range of working speed, paving width, and the kind of heated mixture shall be written. The minimum paving thickness and the maximum paving Dimensions Overall Length the screed de

The maximum overall length of the asphalt finisher with Overall Width the standard paving width, and the maximum width during transportation shall be written. Crawler Belt Center Distance The center distance between the left and right crawler belt (applied only to crawler type finishers) shall be written. Tread and rear wheels respectively

(8) Crawler Shoe Width (9) Width of crawler shoes shall be written. Ground Pressure or Linear Pressure For crawler type, the value obtained by dividing the total weigh

21、t by two times the product of crawler belt ground contact length and crawler shoe width shall be written; for wheeled type, the value obtained by dividing wheel load by tire ground contact width. 3.7 Engine D 0006, as appropriate. The following items shall be written in accordance with JIS (1) Desig

22、nation order. The following matters shall be written in the following Manufacturers name or its symbol, nomination, and kind. For the kind, distinction of diesel engine or gasoline engine shall be written. Type method of supercharging, etc. The following matters shall be written in the order indicat

23、ed. Cycle, cooling system, cylinder arrangement, type of combustion chamber, Number of Cylinders - Bore x Stroke and stroke shall be written. The number of cylinders, bore, (4) Total Stroke Volume The total stroke volume shall be written. (5) Performance (a) Rated Speed of Rotation Rated speed of ro

24、tation shall be written. (b) Rated Output Rated output shall be written. (c) Maximum Torque The maximum torque in the load test and correspond- ing speed of rotation shall be written. (6) Fuel System (a) Fuel The kind of fuel shall be written. (b) Fuel Consumption: The fuel consumption at continuous

25、 rated output shall be written. (c) Speed Governer: .Type of speed governer shall be written. (7) Lubrication System (a) Lubricating Method Distinction of splash type, gear pump forced feed type, or the like shall be written.
