14、ments specified in alloy series. (3) Impurities in solders Solders shall not contain impurities likely to af- fect solderability. The metal of quality given in Table 3 or that of quality equivalent or superior thereto shall be used as solder metal. The solder metal shall be melted and casted taking

15、cares for a crucible, a stirring rod, and a casting mold not to be mixed with impurities. 16、mensions shall be as follows: (1) The shape shall be of a lump state, a rod state, a strip state, and a wire state. The lump state by I, the rod state by B, the strip state by R, and the wire state is expressed by W. (2) The dimensions and tolerances of wire state solders shall be as given in Table

17、4. Diameters other than those given in Table 4, and the mass of one roll shall be as agreed between the parties concerned with delivery. 19、ate and strip state solders shall be as agreed between the parties concerned with delivery. (4) The strip state and wire state solders may be wound in coil depending upon the agreement between the parties concerned with delivery. 5 Chemical analysis test The chemical analysis test shall be as agreed

20、 be- tween the parties concerned with delivery. However, the analysis of impurities may be omitted. 6 Inspection The inspection shall be as follows: (1) General matters of inspection shall be in accordance with JIS H 0321. (2) The quality, shape and dimensions of solders shall conform to the require

21、- ments specified in 3 and 4. However, the chemical analysis test may be omitted as agreed between the parties concerned with delivery. 7 Designation The product shall be designated by the symbol, shape and diameter (width in the cases of rod state and strip state solders) of solders. Z 3281-1996 8 Marking The marking shall be as follows: Solders shall be marked on the package ther

24、eof with following information: (a) Symbol (b) Shape and dimensions (c) Net mass (d) Manufacturers name or abbreviation (e) Month and year of manufacture or their symbol (f) Manufacturing number or lot number For lump state and rod state solders, the product shall be marked on the suitable position

25、of the product with symbol, and manufacturers name or abbreviation. When a fixed amount of solder is put together to be bundled, or otherwise put into a corrugated fiberboard box or the like, one bundle or the container thereof shall be marked on suitable position thereof with the information descri

26、bed in (i). The package of solders containing cadmium shall be clearly indicated by the effect and marked with cautions as to its handling and abandonment.
