1、专业好文档百度文库专用百度文库专用新疆历史与民族宗教理论政策教程实施细则2007.9.14一、课程性质说明1、该课程为新疆广播电视大学开放教育试点专科各专业的限选课，本课程54学时，3学分。该课程同时为新疆广播电视大学开放教育试点本科各专业的必补课。2、教学要求：学习本课程要贯彻理论联系实际的原则。本课程的目的是通过学习和了解有关新疆的民族历史、风俗习惯、宗教信仰，了解马克思主义民族理论的基本概念和理论，了解党的民族政策和解决民族问题的基本原则，简要了解新疆各民族的宗教信仰、风俗习惯、历史渊源、文化生活，以及新疆的山河地貌，从而激发学生爱新疆、爱祖国、爱社会主义的崇高情感，增强各民族之间的了解
2、与友谊，增强各民族之间的团结和友爱，进而更好地为社会主义、为中华民族的繁荣富强努力奋斗。培养学生树立正确的马克思主义民族观、历史观、国家观、宗教观，不仅是全面提高学生素质的需要，而且是反对国内外敌对势力对我实施“西化”、“分化”战略，维护祖国统一、维护民族团结的客观需要。在学习本课程的过程中，必须坚持四项基本原则，以邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想为指导，全面落实科学发展观，正确认识新疆历史，全面掌握和理解马克思主义关于民族和民族问题的基本理论、关于宗教问题的基本理论，完整、准确地理解和把握党和国家的民族、宗教政策，始终坚持国家利益高于一切的观点。在学习中要把解决民族、宗教问题同推进现代化建设
3、结合起来，同西部大开发结合起来，同各民族共同团结奋斗和共同繁荣发展结合起来。二、教材说明该课程使用教材为新疆历史与民族宗教理论民族政策教程（新疆教育出版社出版，2007年2月第一版。）三、教学资源网上资源：新疆电大主页新疆历史与民族宗教理论民族政策教程的实施细则、教学大纲及作业。四、课程教学实施要求 1、对学生的要求 （1）以自学为主。要制定学习计划，将学习任务化整为零，不可为应付考试搞集中突击。 （2）在自学过程中，认真阅读文字教材，积极参加小组学习活动和辅导教师组织的辅导。认真做好辅导教师及新疆电大责任教师编制的练习题和小论文。（3）自学要理论联系实际，不断改进学习方法，积极探索现代远程开
4、放教育背景下适合自身条件的实用的学习方法。 （4）对自学过程中碰到的问题，要及时以各种方式（如发E-MAIL，上BBS讨论，向辅导教师报告，以求获得有效的帮助）。BBS讨论可以登录新疆电大公共论坛或课程论坛参与讨论。2、对辅导教师的要求 （1）熟悉掌握本门课程的实施细则、教学大纲和文字教材的内容。（2）指导学生制定自学计划，给学生以学习方法上的帮助。（3）针对学生的问题组织好集中辅导。（4）认真检查和批改学生的平时作业及小论文，严把学生平时成绩考核关。（5）及时接收本门课程新疆电大的网上动态教学辅导内容。（6）从研究的角度，做好本门课程的期末教学总结。在学生期末考试成绩公布后，从教材、学生学习
5、、考试等方面提出总结报告，用电子邮件等方式报新疆电大，为改进新疆电大的教学服务提供依据。 五、课程考核本课程考核采用平时形成性考核和期末终结性考试相结合的方式。考核总分为100分，平时形成性考核占总分40%；期末终结性考试占总分60%。两者折合总成绩60分为及格。一、形成性考核：形成性考核遵照40%的考核标准，将采用网上学习及小论文形式进行。这两种方式分别占平时成绩的40%、60%。具体对每一项的要求如下：（一）、网上学习要求学生在本课程的学习中要有网上学习的内容，不少于2个发帖数，发帖请注意不要重复发送，留意前面老师或其他同学的回帖或发帖，答疑老师的回帖就在所提问题后跟帖回复。参加学习的学员
6、首先登录新疆电大网站注册后，在本课程所属的课程论坛发帖，地州电大需有专门人员具体负责并予以统计。在主页登陆后，学员进入新疆电大新疆历史与民族宗教理论政策课程的学习页面，在该页面的右侧有交流空间课程讨论区，再进入课程讨论区即可参加该课程的BBS交流。统计表如下：学号姓名发帖数分数统计人（二）小论文要求教师可指定也可由学生自行选题进行写作。要求：字数不少于1000，可以打印。宋体四号字。二、期末考核主要反映在考试内容的变化：最后期末考核占60%，题型比较以前有较大变动，填空题、选择题、简答题依然保持，增加了案例分析，案例分析是理解、综合性的内容，占整个试卷比例的60%。要求学生对所学内容有个整体的
