1、外来人员安全承诺书 欢迎来到太阳化学（海安）公司，为规避您在厂区内的人身财产安全受到损害，以及预防各类事故发生，现将环境和健康安全规定和其他要求告知如下，请您遵守以下： 1.进厂前，请认真阅读我公司的入厂须知，并熟知相关规定。 2.请认真提供证件，配合保安做好入厂手续登记工作，佩戴好访客证件；3.全厂为禁烟区，任何人不得在厂区吸烟。对于进入二道的外来人员，请将你携带香烟或打火机（火柴）入在保安室。4.进入厂区，必须有人接待或陪同。无人接待或陪同，不得进入厂区；5.进入二道门时，应当遵守公司悬挂的各类环境和健康安全标志，佩戴正确的劳动防护用品。6.送货、施工等进入二道门的车辆，必须佩戴的阻火器；
