2、标要求，创新党建工作思路，引入党建工作量化考核制度，在公司各基层党组织和广大党员中开展了创建“四强四优”活动，为带领基层党组织和广大共产党员进一步挖潜增效，圆满完成亿元利润目标任务奠定坚强的政治和组织保障。此公司党委开展争创“四强四优”活动是及时的、并且具有很重要的意义，公司通过开展“四强四优”活动，可以使企业党组织变的更加团结，更有效率，使企业更能适应新时期的市场变化。现将此次活动总结如下。一、锻造“四强四优”基层党组织和党员队伍，为企业跨越发展提供政治和组织保障。按照公司党委要求，各基层党组织正在广泛开展“政治引领力强、推动发展力强、改革创新力强、凝聚保障力强”的“四强”党组织活动；广大党
3、员围绕争做“政治素质优、岗位技能优、工作业绩优、群众评价优”的“四优”党员目标，结合课题攻关、争当技术能手、挖潜增效标兵等活动的开展，学业务、钻技术、练技能，带头勇挑重担，带头真抓实干，带头创新工作，以共产党员的模范带头作用，带动和影响职工群众积极性、主动性、创造性的发挥，促进企业各项任务目标的完成。二、基层特色主题实践，推动党建工作创优创新。按照公司党委的统一部署，各基层单位结合经营生产实际，创新党建工作思路，开展了丰富多彩的特色主题活动。生产单位进一步巩固现有的如“党员先锋岗”、“党员先锋班组”、“党员身边无事故、无违章”、“党员责任区”、“叫响共产党员”等活动成果，积极拓展新的活动载体，
