1、低温甲醇洗碳吸收塔模拟计算崔静思我,没有学过英语,关键也怕学,所以化工模拟的软件就用不了,做简单的、整套低温甲醇洗工艺设计,不会模拟软件也应该能大概的计算出来。当然,期间遇到太多、太大的难度,前后计算中稍作变动,必须重复计算,反复迭代。其中低温甲醇洗二氧化碳吸收塔的模拟计算困扰了很久,但是可以做出来的。 这里只想把自己的思路分享与你。1.工艺气参数:压力5.43mpa,温度-35C,氢气60%,一氧化碳28%,二氧化碳12%净化气目标参数:二氧化碳12%(不问怎么没有硫,硫已经在脱硫塔脱除。)要求:用尽量少的甲醇(甲醇99.7%,水0.3%)。2.选定参数:出塔甲醇含二氧化碳20%3.如图:图

2、13.1设定吸收塔段数吸收塔分段目的:补充吸收过程所需冷量。吸收塔设置为三段3.2设定每段吸收量,假定为三分之一3.3温度温度决定了甲醇对二氧化碳吸收的效果,且有如下关系物料02、05间关系XCO2=K1*P*Y/PCO2 物料01、05间关系XCO2=K2*P*Y/PCO2 、关系式中的PCO2是该温度下二氧化碳的饱和压力、Y是气体中二氧化碳的含量(m/m),K1不等于K2且K2小于K1,一般公式中K取0.425,吸收过程中K2、K1的一般经济取值在0.350.40间,两者间差距小表明塔盘吸收效果差,但XCO2就越大,段间塔盘数就应该越多,所需甲醇循环量就越少;反之XCO2就越小,段间塔盘数
