1、楼投标报价与施工裂缝分析毕业设计说明书12020 年 4 月 19 日文档仅供参考设计总说明本设计为成品仓库楼投标报价与施工裂缝分析。投标报价根据 : 企业定额、类似工程的成本核算资料, 招标人书面答复的有关资料 , 招标人提供的设计图纸及有关的技术说明书 , 工程所在地现行的定额及与之配套执行的各种造价信息、规定等进行编制。贯彻执行了国家及地方有关工程建设的政策和法规 , 符合国家现行的建筑工程建设标准、设计规范和制图标准以及确定投资的有关指标、清单计价办法和费用标准的规定。本工程为成品仓库楼, 地上五层 , 建筑总面积为9010.1 。工程主楼为框架结构, 框架抗震等级为三级, 建筑场地类
2、别为二级。本工程建筑结构安全等级为二级, 地基基础设计等级为乙级, 建筑抗震设防类别为标准设防类丙类。本工程建筑物的标准耐火等级为二级。本工程设计使用年限为50 年。本工程其它工程概况见结构图。本设计包括两大部分 , 一部分是工程量计算和报价部分 , 其中包括工程量计算书、钢筋配料表、综合单价分析表、工程量清单计价文件 ; 另一部分是文字说明部分 , 即设计说明书 , 主要包括清单投标报价 , 工程量清单投标报价策略研究和施工裂缝原因及预防措施分析。I2020 年 4 月 19 日文档仅供参考工程量计算包括: 建筑工程量计算和装饰工程量计算。工程费用包括 : 分部分项工程量清单 ( 即分部分项
