1、数字化制造技术是先进制造技术与信息技术相结合的产物,作为先进制造技术的重要发展方向,已经成为国内外先进制造技术研究的热点,体现了制造技术的发展趋势和学科前沿。数字化工厂是数字化制造中关键环节之一,数字化工厂技术最主要解决产品设计和产品制造之间的鸿沟,降低设计到生产制造之间的不确定性,在数字空间中将生产制造过程压缩和提前,使生产制造过程在数字空间中得以检验,从而提高系统的成功率和可靠性,缩短从设计到生产的转化时间。Digital manufacturing technology is the product of the combination of advanced manufacturing

4、ble the testing of manufacturing process in the digital space, thus improve the success rate and reliability of the system, from design to production of transformation time.数字化制造技术的内容如下:1、CAD-计算机辅助设计CAD在早期是英文Computer Aided Drawing (计算机辅助绘图)的缩写,随着计算机软、硬件技术的发展,人们逐步的认识到单纯使用计算机绘图还不能称之为计算机辅助设计。真正的设计是整个产品

5、的设计,它包括产品的构思、功能设计、结构分析、加工制造等,二维工程图设计只是产品设计中的一小部分。于是CAD的缩写由Computer Aided Drawing改为 Computer Aided Design,CAD也不再仅仅是辅助绘图,而是协助创建、修改、分析和优化的设计技术。 CAD is in the early English Computer Aided Drawing (Computer Aided Drawing), with the development of Computer hardware and software technology, people graduall

15、 CAM - I launch of influential CAP - I s Automated Process Planning system.5、PDM-产品数据库管理 随着CAD技术的推广,原有技术管理系统难以满足要求。在采用计算机辅助设计以前,产品的设计、工艺和经营管理过程中涉及到的各类图纸、技术文档、工艺卡片、生产单、更改单、采购单、成本核算单和材料清单等均由人工编写、审批、归类、分发和存档,所有的资料均通过技术资料室进行统一管理。自从采用计算机技术之后,上述与产品有关的信息都变成了电子信息。简单地采用计算机技术模拟原来人工管理资料的方法往往不能从根本上解决先进的设计制造手段与落
