3、) (Ni 120)P: Level control with level sensor (1), filling valve (3) and second level sensor (2) to prevent overfilling (Ni 120).C: Level control with level sensor (1) and filling valve (3) (Pt 100)D: Level control with level sensor (1), filling valve (3) and second level sensor (2) to prevent overfi
4、lling (Pt 100).F: Level control with level sensor (1)ATTENTION: Disconnect the melter from the line voltage before beginning retrofitting!Installing ComponentsNote: The illustrations indicate the component designations of the electrical parts. After installation, connect components as shown in the w
5、iring diagram.Only for B, C, D, and P:D Replace the assembly Tank lid and attach filling valve. The filling valve contains the heater cartridge (21E5) and the temperature sensor (21B2). The solenoid valve is triggered via the interface (XS3).D Install additional power supply (71T2) in the electrical
6、 cabinet. The installation position depends on the unit type.D Install interface (XS3).For all constellations:D Install the level sensor (221B2) in the tank collar. For cable duct: Punch out the perforated plate in the tank collar with a screwdriver and rubber hammer, working from the inside to the
7、outside.D Install the evaluator (221A1) in the electrical cabinet. Also refer to the melter manual, section Repair (for F: separate manual for the evaluator).Only for D and P:D Install the second level sensor (222B2) in the tank collar.D Install the second evaluator (222A1) in the electrical cabinet

9、2.Reconnect the power supply and switch on the melter with the main switch.Press the button Configuration code input (Refer to illustration).3.Enter the melter configuration code twice. Enter the code for the constellation being used in the 16th position (L, B, P, C, D or F).If the two codes entered
10、 are the same, the button to confirm is enabled. Komponenten nach Ein-bau gem Schaltplan verdrahten.Nur bei B, C, D und P:D Baugruppe Tankdeckel austauschen und Befllventil montieren. Das Befllventil enthlt Heizpatr
16、one (21E5) und Temperatursensor (21B2). Das Magnetventil wird ber Schnittstelle (XS3) angesteuert.D Zustzliche Stomversorgung (71T2) im Schaltschrank einbauen. 20、n (siehe Abbildung).3.Konfigurationskode des Schmelzgertes zweimal eingeben. Dabei an der 16. Stelle den Kode der verwendeten Ausbaustufe eintragen (L, B, P, C, D oder F).Stimmen beide Eingaben berein, wird der Button zum Besttigen freigegeben.
