1、清明节 做 青团,qn mn ji,qn tun,青团,qn tun,清明节 吃青团,时间：每年的阳历4月5日是中国传统节日之一清明节，距今已有2500多年的历史。清明节除扫墓祭祖外，其食俗也是丰富多彩的。 吃青团 清明时节，南方有吃青团的风俗习惯。青团是用一种名叫“艾草”的野生植物捣烂后挤压出汁，接着取用这种汁同糯米粉拌匀揉和，然后开始制作团子。青团油绿如玉，糯韧绵软，清香扑鼻，吃起来甜而不腻。青团还是南方人人用来祭祀祖先必备食品，正因为如此，青团在江南一带的民间食俗中显得格外重要。,我们需要什么材料？Ingredient,艾草粉 mugwort powder 500克 糯米粉 sticky
2、 rice powder 250克 红豆沙 red bean paste 500克 粽子叶 reed leaf10张 花生油 peanut oil 2汤匙（30ml）,制作步骤 making steps,第一步：把红豆沙搓成1-2厘米左右的小团子。 Step 1: shape red bean paste into a ball which is 1-2 cm in diameter,第二步 Step 2,取一些糯米粉，放入小盆中。 Put some sticky rice powder into your container.,第三步 step 3,把艾草粉加入糯米粉中，搅拌均匀。 Put
3、mugwort powder into container, mix with sticky rice powder. 如果没有筷子，可以用第一性手套。 please use disposable gloves,第四步 step 4,向搅拌均匀的粉中加入少许水。Add a bit water to mix with the powder. 揉搓面团。Rub the powder into a dough. 如果感觉面团粘手，可以再加入一些糯米粉揉和，直到不再粘手为止。Add more sticky rice powder if the dough is too sticky.,第五步 step
4、 5,手上抹上少量油，将揉好的面团扯成小团. Divide the dough into several small dough, which should be around 2-3 cm in diameter.,第六步 step 6,取一个小面团，双手搓成丸子状，用大拇指按压出一个深坑。 Get one small dough, press to make a hole.,第七步 step 7,放入一粒豆沙丸子，揉捏封口，轻轻搓成圆团。注意不要用力过大，避免将豆沙馅与面团揉烂混合在一起。 Put one red bean paste ball into the hole of the w
