1、四年级pep下册英语第六单元 At a farm 第一课时教学设计第一课时教材分析Lets learn(A)部分呈现的是一幅农场图, 图中引出了本课要求重点掌握的单词sheep,hen,cow,horse,goat,lamb。图中girl和farmer的问答:What are they? They are goats.是在农场情境图中产生的,目的是让学生通过看图问答巩固所学的动物名词,同时了解并掌握这些单词的复数形式。单词:hen,cow,lamb的复数形式是直接在末尾加s,并发z的音;horse的复数形式horses的结尾发iz的音,学生不易掌握;而单词sheep的复数形式和单数形式不存在任

2、何变化;goat的复数是在结尾加s后尾音为ts。虽然只有六个单词,但它们的复数形式出现了四种不同的变化,所以对学生来讲是一个难点。学生分析: 四年级的学生已经接触过一年的英语,掌握了基本的口语交际能力,同学之间能够进行简单的会话。本课重在充分利用生活中的实物,激发学生的学习兴趣,让他们在所创设的情境中能够更好地融入到课堂教学中,从而将所学内容熟练运用到生活中。设计思路:针对四年级学生的学习习惯及对英语的接触,结合英语课程标准指出的以学生的发展为宗旨,以培养学生的综合能力为目标,重点培养学生学习英语的兴趣及其自信心,养成学生主动学英语的习惯,有效的结合学生学习英语的能力,我采用听、说、读、写、唱

3、融于一体的教学手段,将单词、句型灵活运用,达到教学目的。教学目标:1知识目标:(1)能够听、说、认读单词 sheep hen cow horse goat lamb 。(2)了解单词 sheep hen cow horse goat lamb的复数形式。2能力目标:把所学新单词灵活运用到句型 What are they ? They are 中。3情感目标:掌握本节课新单词的单复数并能进行语言交际,激发学生说英语的兴趣。教学重点:学习并掌握单词:sheep hen cow horse goat lamb教学难点:1.引导学生牢固掌握单词sheep hen cow horse goat lamb

4、的复数形式。2.运用句型 What are they ? They are 教学准备:图片、课件、单词卡、光盘教学过程:一、 导入1教师提问:Do you love animals ? What animals do you know ?设计说明:英语提问使学生能够自然融入到英语课堂中,渗入到语言坏境中。 2学生说说自己知道的动物单词,引出与本课相关的新授单词。二、新授1提问:Do you know a farm ?Are there many animals at the farm ?2出示课题:Unit 6 At a Farm3光盘出示课件 Lets learn part A 4Learn

They are 句型看图片练习六个单词的复数设计说明:教师以课件图片为主,生动形象地引出本课单词,运用多样有效的练习方式,让学生能够在课堂中掌握单词的读写并在句型中学会单词的复数应用。难点是sh

6、eep的复数形式horse复数形式的发音,lamb goat的发音。三、巩固复习1小游戏:教师说句子,学生举起相应的卡片或图片,反过来教师指图片学生说单词。2请同学展示。3欣赏并学唱歌曲: Old MacDonald had a farm设计说明:借助图片和音乐及时巩固新授的单词和句型,并且在歌曲中激发学生学习英语的兴趣,从而达到教学目标。四、布置作业:利用卡片或图片,用英语练习并且学会单词的拼写。设计说明:让学生真正掌握单词的认读及拼写,在实际生活中能够活学活用。六、板书设计:Unit 6 At a Farmsheep 图片 sheephens 图片 hencows 图片 cowhorses

8、学过程:(一)导入:1、教师提问:I love animals very much. Do you love animals?What animals do you know?2、学生说说自己知道的动物单词,一旦学生说出本课涉及到的单词,教师要及时拿出卡片,请这位同学来教大家读。(二)呈现新知:1、教师说:Do you know a farm? There are many animals at a farm. Lets go and have a look教师出示Lets learn(A)部分挂图,说:Look,it is a farm. So many animals.What can y

9、ou see?2、学生听懂后,教师可先试着让学生指图回答,能说出英文的学生给与表扬 ,也可让学生用中文回答。3、告诉学生我们要学习有关farm的内容,教读farm。4、让学生观看课件2遍,教师只点击有关单词部分,学生跟读。5、教师出示单词卡:sheep,hen,cow,horse,goat,lamb,让学生进行认读,教师可以将一些发音规律,帮助学生记忆单词。如:ee在sheep中发i:ow在cow中发aU,oa在goat中发音等等,也可以启发学生说说怎样记住每个单词。(将卡片贴到黑板上)6、巩固单词:a、教师说单词,学生指图。b、教师指图,学生说单词。c、一个学生说任意一个单词,其他学生举起相

10、应的图片。7、 Lets do部分:1) 学生观看课件。2) 启发学生根据所看内容说说feed,ride,milk,shear,hold的意思。3) 播放录音,学生根据所听内容做出相应的动作。8、 教师指图提问:What are they?学生回答:They are goats. / sheep. / horses./ cows. / lambs. / hens.教师要特别关注学生单词复数形式的发音,适时纠正。9、引导学生发现所学单词单数形式与复数形式的区别,强调sheep单数和复数相同,horses,goats的发音。10、教师提问:How many.?学生回答: (再次巩固所学名词复数)1

33、教学,在新课程理念的指导下,根据四年级的学生特点,培养他们乐于观察,互相合作的好习惯,通过玩游戏等形式让学生愉快的接受知识。三、教学目标英语课程标准指出:激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣,使学生树立自信心,养成良 好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略,发展学生自主学习的能力和合作精神是小学英语教学的基本任务。在认真分析教材的基础上,我针对学生实际,将本课时的教学目标及重,难点确定如下: 1、知识目标 (1)使学生能听、说、认、读potato, tomato, onion, cucumber, carrot等单词。(2)并在运用在:“What are they? 35、机、磁带。3准备蔬菜实物。七、教学过程(一)歌曲导入,激发学生学习的兴趣 warm upLets sing 教师放歌曲,学生跟唱。 教育家托尔斯泰说过:“成功的教学所必须的不是强制,而是激发学生的兴趣,兴趣是 推动学生学习的强大动力,是学生参与教学活动的基础。激发学生参与学习的兴趣,是新课导入的关键。Well begun, half done. 精彩的课堂开头,往往给学生带来新意、亲切的感觉,不仅能使学生迅速地兴奋起来,而且还会使学生把学习当成一种自我需要,自然地进入学习新知的情景。 因此,在热身的时候,首先让学生分角色演唱歌曲这样的导入能很快吸引住学生,同时还渲染了学生学习英语的良好气氛。

36、(二)自由会话,促进语言实际运用能力的提高 Free talkT:Are they potatoes?/How many S:学生在一个平等尊重的氛围中,他们的思维是放松的,敢于说、敢于参与教学。教师要真心诚意地把学生当成学习的主人,努力提高“导”的艺术,从而在教学中恰到好处地去启发、点拔、尽可能地给学生多一点思考的时间,多一点活动的余地,多一点表现自己的机会,这样才能使课堂氛围充满活力。因此,我在这个环节与学生进行了朋友式的会话。Its time for class. 37、eet you. ? 不仅复习了旧知识,还渲染了学习英语的良好气氛。 (三)呈现新知。Presentation (1)在小学英语课堂中使学生保持一种积极的紧张感,能够激发他们学习的外部动机,引 发他们一系列的自主活动,促进外部动机向内部动机的转化。Today, we are going to learn “Unit 6. At a Farm. Part B” .于是我提出问题Do you like tomatoes?拿出实物 引入学习主题,并通过图片和音乐创设情景Lets go to a farm. There are many vegetables用简笔画自然引入新词的学习。(2)运用实物或

38、卡片进行各种形式的的单词辨音,记忆练习,并适时穿插进行听录音、跟读、模仿等活动。(四)合作互动,及时巩固。Practice在呈现新知时,我尤其注意了小学生形象思维优于抽象思维的特点,通过对比,听音,看动作等不同的方式引出新词,给学生以深刻的第一印象。游戏所带来的乐趣会使每一位参与者保持一种积极的心态。游戏是儿童学习的一种重要途径,也是激发学生学习兴趣的最佳方法。正如苏霍姆林斯基指出:“如果用思考、情感、创造、游戏的光芒来照亮儿童的学习,那么学习对于儿童来说是可以成为一件有趣的事情”。因此,在操练时,我首先进行了一些机械的练习,如:“Listen, point and repeat. ”听音、指

39、词、跟读,“Look and Guess”看口形、猜单词。同时,利用手中的实物充分激发学生学习的兴趣。同时在学习生词时感知句型,做到“词不离句,句不离词”,重视对学生思维,观察能力的培养,特别是对学生合作学习能力的培养,让学生们在师生,生生,小组等不同的合作方式中,学会倾听,学会评价,为学生的终身学习奠定基础。 (五)课堂总结,及时评价。Sum up 1.小结(让学生总结在本节课所学的知识)2.Activity book(先讲解后做题) 通过对知识的小结,帮助学生将本课的信息进行加工、储存,从而明确教学目标、重 点和难点;对学生的表现进行总结评价,以评价促发展,培养小组团队精神,激励学生大胆开口,积极活动,为小组争得荣誉。最后做活动手册,是一个常规练习,其目的在于全方位地、及时检测学生对本课时掌握的程度。
