4、ranchising,licensingdeveloping,managing oroperatingof“CrownePlaza”,”HolidayInn”,“HolidayInnResort”, “ HolidayInnExpress ” , “ HotelIndigo ” and “ Intercontinental ”brandedhotelsandresortsinthePRC,Macau,SpecialAdministrativeReg ionofthePRC,HongKong,SpecialAdministrativeRegionofPRC,andTaiwa n(the“Grea
5、terChina”);(b)(a)签署并递交在中国、澳门特别行政区、香港特别行政区以及 台湾（“大中华区”）境内特许经营、许可、开发、管理或运营“品牌 的酒店及渡假村有关的所有意向书、酒店管理合同、附属协议、管理合同变更协议、补充协议、延期协议、终止协议、授权许可协议、营销协 议、服务协议、运营及管理协议、开业前服务协议和技术服务协议；executeanddeliveranydocumentwhicharereferredtoindocumentsd escribedin(a)orwhichareancillaryorrelatedtothemorcontemplatedb ythem;(b)
6、签署并递交（ a）项描述的文件中所引用的、对进行补充的、与其相关的或其预期的任何其他文件； (c)executeanddeliveranydocumentorperformanyact,matterorthi ngrelatingtothePrincipalsinvolvementinthetransactionscontempl atedbythedocumentsdescribedin(a);and (c)签署并提交（ a）项描述的文件所预期的商业交易中与授权人相2关的任何文件，或履行与其相关的任何行动、事项或事宜；及(d) Enforce the transactions envisag
