1、生料均化库顶钢结构施工方案一、 工程概况生料均化库工程为单筒体工程，库顶标高为54m，直径为22.6m，桩基承台砼强度等级为C30，筒壁、库壁为C30，库内中心锥体为C40，梁、板、柱子及独立柱基等均为C25，桩身采用C40砼，筒仓10.518m以下筒壁为800m厚，10.518m以上库壁为450mm厚，环筋的搭接长度为52d，搭接接头率为25%，库顶设钢桁架，上铺YX-70-200-600型压型钢板，库顶板为120mm厚钢筋砼板，10钢筋双层双向，采用C25防水砼，抗渗等级S6，库顶钢桁架由四榀GJ1、GJ1A与GJ2、GJ2A组成，GJ1与GJ1A关于A轴对称布置，GJ2与GJ2A关于A轴
2、对称布置，GJ1（GJ1A）尺寸为191922650mm，每榀重4948kg，GJ2（GJ2A）尺寸为225242650mm，每榀重5930kg。二、 施工方法（一） 钢梁1、钢结构制作方法A、钢结构制作前的准备：根据图纸材料表算出各处材质、规格的材料净用量，再加一定数量的损耗，提出材料预算计划，根据使作尺寸合理定货，以减少不必要的拼接和损耗，并对来料规格、尺寸和重量仔细核对材质。B、生产场布置：钢梁场地布置在生料均化库的吊塔附近，利用风化石平整一块4010米的地方。C、钢梁制作前在现场放样，并在跨中按0.5%起拱。2、钢结构拼装和连接A、首先放样和号料，根据工艺要求预留焊接收缩余量及切割、刨
3、边和铣边和铣平等加工余量。部件切割线与号料线的允许偏差应符合规定要求。B、切割前应将钢材料表面切割区域内的铁锈、油污清除干净。切割后，断口上不得有裂纹和大于1.0mm的缺棱，并应清除边缘上的熔瘤和飞溅物。3、钢结构连接A、构件焊接：焊工应经考试并取得合格证后方可施焊，焊条使用前必须按照质量证明书的规定进行烘焙，焊丝应除净锈蚀和油污。首次采用的钢种和焊接材料，必须进行焊接工艺性能和力学性能试验，符合要求后方可采用。施焊前焊工应复查组装质量和焊缝区的处理情况，如不符合要求，应修整合格后方能施焊，焊接完毕后应清除熔渣及金属尺溅物，并在焊缝附近打上钢印。多层焊接应连续施焊，其中每一层焊道焊完后应及时清
4、理，如发现有影响焊接质量的缺陷，必须清除后再焊。焊缝出现裂纹时，焊工不得擅自处理，应申报焊接技术负责人查清原因，订出修补措施后，方可处理。严禁在焊缝区以外的线材上打火引弧，在坡口内起弧的局部面积应熔焊一次，不得留下弧坑。对接和T型接头的焊缝，应在焊件的两端配置引入和引出板，其材质和坡口型式与焊件相同，焊接完毕用气割切除并修磨平整，不得用锤击落。钢结构焊接完毕，焊缝质量检验分三级，各级检验项目、检查数量和检查方法按焊接质量检验级别进行。首先外观检查：焊缝金属表面焊波应均匀，不得有裂纹、夹渣、焊瘤、烧穿、弧坑和针状气孔等缺陷，焊接区不得有飞溅物。焊缝外观检验质量标准符合规范要求，对接焊缝外形尺寸的
5、允许偏差符合规范要求，贴角焊缝外形尺寸允许偏差符合规定的要求。第二进行无损检验：X射线检验焊缝缺陷分两级，并应符合X射线检验质量标准，其检验方法应按照GB332387规定进行。超声波检验焊缝质量应符合规范要求，并按JB1152-82规定进行。钢结构成品矫正与检验a、钢结构成品根据允许偏差进行检验，超出规定必须进行矫正。b、本工程钢结构在热态下矫正。矫正工作环境温度的控制和热加工（加热）温度的限值，应符合规范要求。进行热矫正时，控制最高加热温度及冷却速度，不得损坏钢材材料组织。c、成品检验构件的各项技术数据经验合格后，对加工过程中造成的焊疤、凹坑应予补焊并铲磨平整，对临时支撑、夹具应予割除。铲磨
6、后零件表面的缺陷深度不得大于材料厚度负偏差的1/2，产品经过检验部门签收后进行涂底，并对涂底的质量进行验收。钢结构成品表面处理、油漆、堆放和运输a、钢结构的除锈和涂底工作在质量检查部门对制作质量检验合格后方可进行。除锈与施涂工协调一致。金属表面经除锈处理后及时施涂防锈涂料，在6小时以内施涂完毕。b、钢结构油漆:涂料、涂刷遍数、涂刷厚度均应符合设计要求，配置好的涂料不宜存放过久，涂料应在使用的当天配置，稀释剂的使用应按说明书的规定执行，不得随意添加。涂层时工作地点的温度应为5-38C之间，相对湿度不应大于85%。雨天或构件表面有结露时，不宜作业，涂后的四个小时内严防雨淋。施工图中不涂装的部位不得
7、涂装，安装焊缝处应留出3050mm，暂不涂装。涂装应均匀，无明显起皱、流挂，附着应良好，涂装完毕后应在构件上标注构件的原编号。c、钢结构成品堆放:成品验收后，堆放场地应平整干燥，并备有足够的垫木、垫块，使构件得以放平、放稳。侧向刚度较大的构件可水平堆放，当多层叠放时，必须使各层垫木在同一垂线上，同一工程的构件应分类堆放在同一地区，以便发运。钢结构安装安装施工方法本工程吊装设备选用QTZ63塔吊及150T履带式吊车配合吊装，吊装前，由施工人员弹出钢梁预留槽口的中心线与标高，经校核无误时，准备开始吊装。a、由持有特种作业上岗的起重工专人指挥，吊点绑扎在距梁端4m处对称绑扎。b、根据我单位以往吊装的
8、经验，塔吊的额定起重力矩63T.M，且有一定的安全系数，靠塔吊附近的一根梁由塔吊可以吊装就位，另三根梁需150T履带式吊车与塔吊共同配合吊装就位。吊装平面图见附图。c、吊装时要注意天气情况，六级以上大风严禁施吊。d、高空作业人员上岗前要进行体格检查，有职业禁忌者不许上岗。e、设备安全警戒区，并派专人值班。f、钢构件吊装时采取适当措施防止构件产生过大的变形，应垫好吊索与构件接触的部位，以免损伤构件。g、结构焊接，采用小直径焊条和较小电流进行，焊接次序由中央向两侧对称施焊。h、不得利用已安装就位的杆件起吊重物，以免引起变形。i、钢结构安装就位后，应对在运输、吊装过程中漆膜脱落部位以及安装焊缝两侧未
9、涂油漆的部位补涂油漆，使之不低于相邻部位的防护等级。j、为使钢件在吊起后不致发生摇摆和其他构件碰撞，起吊前在离支座的节间附近用麻绳捆牢，随吊随放松，以此保证其正确位置，绑扎点要保证吊装稳定性。Employment tribunals sort out disagreements between employers and employees.You may need to make a claim to an employment tribunal if: you dont agree with the disciplinary action your employer has taken a
