6、严格按照建筑工程扣件式钢管脚手架安全技术规范及施工方案搭设。脚手架应经检查合格后才准使用。架子工要经培训考核合格持证上岗。2、严禁采用锈蚀严重、弯曲变形及有孔、洞裂缝的钢管搭设脚手架。3、旧扣件使用前必须进行质量检查、有裂缝、变形的严禁使用，出现滑丝的螺栓必须更换。4、脚手架基础必须夯实，周围设有排水设施。木垫板厚度不小于5cm，长度不小于立杆纵距的2倍，高架也可用槽钢。5、高架搭设时应将木垫板铺平，放好底座，再将立杆放入底座内，不准将立杆直接置于木板上。6、立杆对接扣件部位应交错布置。两根相邻的立杆接头不应设在同一步架内，同一步架内隔一根立杆的两个接头在高度方向部位错开的距离不宜小于500m
7、m；各接头中心至主节点的距离不宜大于步距1/3。7、立杆接长除面层、顶步可采用搭接，其余各层各步接头必须采用对接扣件连接，顶层顶步的搭接长度不应小于1m。8、纵向水平杆(大横杆)宜设置在立杆内侧，其长度不宜大于3跨。9、主接点处必须设置一根横向水平杆(小横杆)、用直角扣件扣接严禁拆除。10、高度在24m以下的单、双排脚手架，均必须在外侧立面两端各设置一道剪刀撑，并应由底至顶连接设置，中间各道剪刀撑之间的净距不大于15m。高度在24m以上的双排脚手架应在外侧立面整个长度和高度连续设置剪刀撑。11、脚手架必须设置纵、横向扫地杆。纵向扫地杆应采用直角扣件固定在距底座上皮不大于200mm处的立杆上。一

14、木材；钢脚手板应采用2mm厚板材冲压制成不能有锈蚀、裂纹。18、满堂模板支架四边与中间每隔四排支架立杆应设置一道纵向剪刀撑，由底至顶连接设置。19、高于4m的模板支架，其两端与中间每隔4m排立杆从顶层开始每隔2步设置一道水平剪刀撑。20、人行通道宽度不小于1m，坡度1：3，运料斜道宽度不小于1.5cm，坡度1：6。拐弯处设平台。通道及平台临边按要求进行防护。21、龙门架、卸料平台应自成受力系统，禁止与脚手架连接。22、高处作业必须系安全带。23、脚手架施工区域应有防雷措施。24、脚手架施工均布活荷载标准值：装修脚手架2KN/m2；结构脚手架3KN/m2。5.2悬挑式外脚手架安全技术交底1、悬挑
15、式脚手架在搭设之前，必须制定搭设方案，并绘制施工图指导施工。施工方案及计算书应经上级技术部门或总工审批。2、多层悬挑的脚手架，必须经设计计算确定。3、悬挑梁或悬挑架应为型钢或定型桁架。安装时严格按设计要求进行，所有材质应符合钢结构设计规范的有关规定，应有试验报告。4、悬挑桁架的节点应采用焊接或螺栓连接，不得采用扣件连接。5、斜挑立杆严禁连接在支模的立柱上，或与建筑物结构以外的不稳定的物体连表C1-3技术交底记录relationship,establishedequivalentrelationship14,andsubject:applicationproblem(4)-scoresandpe

21、设备。施工人员作业尽量分散脚手架的荷载，严禁利用脚手架穿滑车做垂直运输。8、架体上、立杆、大横杆、剪刀撑和与建筑物拉接点的位置，应按照一般落地式脚手架的搭设规定进行摄制。9、架体防护与层间防护按落地式外脚手架的要求进行防护。10、脚手架材质应同落地式脚手架一样，所有的杆件、扣件、脚手板等施工用材必须符合规范规定。5.3门型脚手架安全技术交底1、严格按照门型脚手架安全技术规范及施工方案搭设，并根据建筑物的形状、高度和作业条件，绘制搭设构造及节点详图。2、脚手架搭设高度超过45m的应进行设计计算，并经上级技术部门或总工审批。3、基础应平整夯实，搭设高度在25m以下时，原土夯实加5cm厚木板；搭设高
22、度在25-45m时，原土夯实后铺上15cm厚炉渣夯实，再铺上木板或槽钢；超过45m时应对基础进行设计计算确定。4、连墙件按规定间距随脚手架同步搭设进行不得漏设，采用钢性连接，设置在靠近门架横杆处，架体转角处及一字型或非闭合的脚手架两端增设连墙件与建筑结构拉接牢固防止架体变形。5、不同产品的门架与零配件不得混合使用。上下门架的组装必须设置连接棒及锁臂。加固件、剪刀撑及连墙件的安装必须与脚手架同步进行。6、剪刀撑(在脚手架高度超过20m)应在脚手架外侧每隔4步设置一道，并形成水平闭合圈。与脚手架同步搭设。relationship,establishedequivalentrelationship1

28、。8、架体临边防护与一般落地式脚手架一样按规定进行防护。9、主要受力杆件变形较严重，锈蚀变形达50%以上、有片状剥落，不能修复，和经试验不能满足要求的严禁使用。10、避免集中堆料和放置较重的设备，防止脚手架变形和脚手板断裂。11、禁止在脚手架外侧任意攀登。5.4附着式升降脚手架安全技术交底1、整体提升架应按建设部建筑施工附着升降脚手架管理暂行规定及施工方案搭设，且必须通过当地安全监督管理部门检测、验收，方可使用。2、架体高度不应大于5倍楼层高；架体净宽度不应大于1.2m；直线布置的架体支撑跨度不应大于8m；折线或曲线布置的架体支撑跨度不应大于5.4m。3、整体式升降脚手架架体悬挑长度不得大于1
29、/2水平支承跨度和3m，单片式附着升降脚手架架体的悬挑长度不应大于1/4水平支承跨度。升降和使用情况下，架体悬臂高度均不应大于6m和2/5架体高度。4、竖向主框架必须采用焊接或螺栓连接的定型框架，以提高架体的稳定性，不得使用钢管扣件等脚手架杆件组装。5、主框架、水平梁架的各节点中，各杆件的轴线应汇交于一点。6、按一般架体要求设置剪刀撑，但应将竖向主框架、架体水平梁架和构架连成一体。7、架体结构在以下部位应采取可靠的加强构造措施：与附着支承结构的连接处；架体上升降机构的设置处；架体上防倾、防坠装置的设置处；架体吊拉点设置处；架体平角转角处；架体因碰到塔吊、施工电梯、物料平台等设施而需要断开或开洞

35、名称分项工程名称海韵陵河假日分部工程脚手架工程安全技术交底陵水县海韵陵河假日工程项目9、防坠装置应设置在竖向立框架部位，且每一竖向主框架提升设备处必须设置一个，防坠装置必须灵敏、可靠，其制动距离对于整体式附着升降脚手架不得大于80mm，对于单片式附着升降脚手架不得大于150mm。10、架体升降吊点超过两点时，不能使用手拉葫芦，必须采用电动葫芦并有控制同步升降的装置，且应具备超载报警停机，欠载报警等功能。11、架体外侧必须用密目安全网牢固封闭防护，底层脚手板必须铺严密，且应用平网兜底。12、附着式脚手架施工区域内应有防雷措施。13、严格控制架体的施工荷载，严禁超载。严禁放置影响局部杆件安全的集中
36、荷载，并及时清理架体上的建筑垃圾及杂物。14、严禁利用架体吊运物料，支顶模板；严禁随意拆除或松动连接和安全防护设施；严禁在架体上推车；卸料平台严禁与架体连接在一起；起吊物料严禁碰撞架体。15、架体搭设完毕或每次提升(下降)前，都要进行一次全面检查，拆除所有与建筑物主体连接提升的临时固定设施，经检查验收确认达到可上人作业条件后方可进行作业。16、架体上的螺栓连接件、升降动力设备、防倾装置、防坠装置、电控设备，至少每月维护保养一次。17、附着式升降脚手架属高处危险作业，在安装、升降、拆除时应划定安全警戒范围并设专人监督检查，严禁抛掷物料。18、架体所使用的材料及设备必须严格进行检查，严重变形，锈蚀
