1、四川远建建筑工程设计有限公司成都公司一周年庆典晚会策划方案一、活动背景：四川远建成都公司自2009年成立以来，在各兄弟单位、政府、行政主管部门以及省建设厅有关领导的大力支持和公司全体员工的不懈努力下，目前已经成长为一支颇具规模的高效工作团队，已经组建完成方案创作中心、建筑所、结构所、设备所、勘察所、总工办、行政办、造价部、监理部、经营部以及顾问总监处（专家团队）等部门，现有70多名员工。2010年11月23日是一个值得纪念的日子，因为在这一天是四川远建成都公司一周岁的生日。成都公司总经理游总十分重视公司的企业文化建设，并建议将今年公司一周年文化活动主题围绕“明天会更好”进行开展。成都公司成立至
2、今，已完成各类大型（超大、超高、超限）建筑方案、施工图300多万平方米。由此在成都公司一周岁之际，让我们一起欢度、一起“明天会更好”融入在公司一周年庆典晚会上。二、活动宗旨：展现远建成都公司的文化特色，体现客户与公司全体员工的融洽交流氛围。 三、活动目的：为庆祝公司一周年，弘扬公司企业文化、增强公司团队凝聚力；答谢各位领导、客户及全体职员工，同时丰富员工业余文化生活，给大家一个互动交流的平台，一个展示自我风采的舞台的联欢活动四、主办单位：四川远建成都公司行政部五、活动时间：2010年 月 日（星期 ）17：0021：00。六、活动地点：七、参加人员：1、到场嘉宾： 2、表演单位：四川远建成都公
3、司全体员工3、晚会人员： 八、活动前期：1、12月份中旬确定好晚会的节目2、12月份中旬邀请晚会主持人3、11月25号之前确定好晚会举办酒店，联系好晚会用的音响灯光，话筒4、在12月份中旬做好舞台的布置，幕布的设计制作工作5、在12月份中旬做好联系媒体并邀请他们出席本次活动6、确定出礼仪队人员7、写出邀请函并邀请相关领导8、安排晚会前一天节目彩排并确保节目顺利表演9、邀请美容师为演值人员化妆10、准备晚会用DV机、数码相机等11、准备晚会小礼品九、晚会前准备：1、晚会场地布置2、音响设备安装并进行调试3、购买晚会用花5、活动演员集中上装6、晚五点礼仪到位，引导嘉宾观众有序入场十、晚会流程：1、
