1、Unit 1 SportsLesson 5 A Basketball Game 【教学目标】知识目标1、能认读、掌握、灵活运用单词: player, game, team, win。2、理解并会朗读短文。能力目标发展学生综合运用语言的能力,培养学生自主探究的能力及与同学的分工合作的能力。能用所学词汇和句子简单描述一场比赛。情感目标培养学生的竞争意识,体会队员之间的合作精神。通过游戏、竞赛等多种活动,培养生学习英浯的兴趣,让学生充分体验成功的快乐,増强学好英语的自信心。同时激励比赛落后者,使其不气馁。【教学重难点】教学重点重点单词player, game, team, win和句型What ga
2、me did play ?Who won?等句型的理解和掌握。教学难点创设语言情境,运用重点单词和句型。在情境中交流表演,实现语言的综合运用。教学用具一个比分牌,一个篮球框,一个纸做的篮球。多媒体 教学过程Step 1 Greeting Hello,boys and girls,nice to meet you ,what did you do last Sunday ?(设计意图:为了复习上节课学的过去式,让学生灵活运用)Step 2 Lead-inLast Sunday,I watched basketball game,Do you like basketball game?学生回答:Y
3、es,OK,next Lets watch a game .Did you have fun?学生回答:YesT:Me,too.so what do you know about from this game?(目的是为了让学生了解关于这场比赛的内容,从而为下面的环节做铺垫)1、 Whats this?2、 Which team do you see?3、 Who won?4、 How was this game?Step 3 New conceptLast Sunday Jenny and Li Ming watched a basketball game.who want to ask a
4、ny questions?(教授ask,让学生了解ask的意思)第一遍,学生先自己浏览课文,整理把握课文。第二遍,听录音并且重复句子第三遍再次听,回答问题Who want to ask any questions?1、 What game did they watch?2、Who won ?出示答案过程中解释yelled的意思,so we should yelled for Bob.教师做出呐喊的动作,学生一起来做。3、Which team?(出示答案时附上图片加以解释team)4、How was this game?(强调very)Who can answer me?听录音回答5、6小题5、
5、What does Bob do?(出示答案过程中附上图片加以解释policeman)6、问:When did Bob play basketball? 答:在上述问题出现的时候对问答两个单词加以强调,用不同的颜色标注。Step 4 Lets play role in将学生分为三组,一组扮演李明,一组扮演珍妮,另一组扮演史密斯夫人。Step 5 Practice以判断题形式让学生了解文章,能判断正误。Step 6 Consolidation让学生用这节课所学内容模拟一个篮球场景(show a basketball game)Step 7 Talk about a game you played
