2、0余吨,海绵铜含铜1500余吨,金7.5公斤,银520公斤,硫3310吨。企业经济效益较好,一般年份创利润达60-90万元,最高年份达200余万元。一九九八年矿山遭受泥石流危害,部分采矿设施被摧毁。因无力恢复再生产,企业被迫停产至今。第一节:地理位置及交通马形山铜矿位于德兴市城北东19.5公里处。地理坐标:东经11744,北纬2901,面积0.15km2。矿区交通便利,直达德兴公路,距离35km,经德兴至香屯7.5km,有铁路专用线至乐平与宁赣线相接;经德兴南达上饶,相距130km与浙赣线相连。第二节:外部建设条件供电。从本市新营开关站到矿区,架着一条35千伏、95mm2的线路。德兴水力资源丰

3、富,市双盘电站,界田电站总装机容量1.05万千瓦,并跟大网联网,可满足矿山建设、生产需要。供水。按现有生产规模,每天需供水1650吨。供水水源设在相距2km的东阳山。东阳山建有一水库,由6输水管道直流至矿区。水源丰富,流量可观,可满足生产、生活用水需求。尾矿设施。300吨/日选矿规模,年尾矿排放量约9.7万吨。在选矿厂下方二公里处,建有一尾矿库,容量50万m3,可供现有规模选矿厂服务10余年。第二章:矿体特征及矿产储量马形山铜矿位于富家坞特大型岩铜钼矿床东南边缘的一个小矿体。赣西北大队赣北地质矿产勘查开发院在本区做了大量勘查工作,于二OO一年五月提交了马形山铜矿矿产储量地质报告。第一节:矿体特

4、征全矿区(矿界范围内)共有经济的(1226)矿体5个,主矿体为1号矿体,赋存于岩体中心及接触带部位,随岩体产状向北西倾伏,以14线为中心位置,分别向北东和南西方向延伸。矿体产状的倾向35010,倾角6070,走向长300m,倾向延伸超过50m标高以下,矿体厚度为346m,矿头标高为195m286m。矿体形态呈长透镜状。该矿体1226级铜矿石量为205.3万吨,占全区96.7%,铜金属量1.1万吨,铜平均品位0.54%。矿石工业类型为细脉浸染型,矿石自然类型主要为原生硫化铜钼矿石,混合矿石和氧化矿石比例极微。矿体开采区段,铜品位呈现上富下贫的趋势,储量集中产状稳定。第二节:主要有益组份矿石中S、

6、石量212.37万吨,铜金属量11485.7吨,铜品位0.541%;矿山历年开采矿石量27.7吨,铜金属量2207.3吨,铜品位0.799%;现保有储量矿石量为184.6万吨,铜品位0.541%,铜金属量9985.76吨。(若保有金属量其平均品位采用勘查品位与开采品位分别和各自矿石量加权,求得铜品位0.57%,从而求得保有金属量为11566.75吨。)根据圈定开采区段的地质储量和其他条件,矿山服务年限可达14年,开采品位略高于地质品位(勘探品位偏低)。第三章:采矿第一节:开采技术条件矿区处于官帽山东南部马形山西侧山坡,地势陡峻,属构造剥蚀地形,官帽山主峰标高650m,马形山山顶标高427m,当

7、地侵蚀基准面标高160m,相对高差分别为490m和267m。矿区三面环山,峰峦连绵,仅一峡谷向南与外部沟通。基岩裸露,第四系浮土甚薄,矿岩物理机械性质较稳固,具备平硐开采条件,矿区水文地质条件简单,矿体和围岩均为弱含水的裂隙含水类型。平硐开拓系统井巷自流排水。第二节:矿床开拓采区设在1216号勘探线之间,50m标高以上。采用平隆溜井方式开拓,沿173m标高往东开凿一运输大巷。在173m中段往上和往下分别开凿斜坡道,以勾通上下各中段,形成运输、通风、供电、供风系统。第三节:采矿方法及采矿设备为尽量节省切割工程量,提高采矿生产能力,最大限度地降低采矿成本,以及改善井下采场通风作业条件,该矿采用无底

8、柱分段崩落法采矿。使用YGZ90型独立回转凿岩机凿岩、BQF100型装药器装药、0.76m3电动铲运机出矿等先进的效率较高的采矿设备。采用该采矿法,比采用常规溜矿法开采,劳动效率提高70%,采矿成本下降90%,取得较好经济效益。第四节:三级矿量情况井下现有开拓矿量50万吨,采准矿量15万吨,备采矿量5万吨。三级矿量基本平衡。井下运输系统、通风系统、供电、供风系统均完好无损,井巷辅助工程经过维修便可恢复正常供矿。第四章:选矿第一节:选矿工艺流程该矿矿石硬度较低,普氏系数为69,属中硬低软矿石,采用两段一闭路破碎流程,一段磨矿,选别流程为先进铜后选硫的优先浮选流程。选铜回路为一粗、二精、二扫作业。

9、选铜泡沫产品采用浓缩、过滤两段脱水流程,铜精矿含水率达15%以下。选矿主要设备有:6003000mm板式给矿机,600900mm鄂式破碎机,MG15003000温式格子型球磨机,5A浮选机等。选矿厂设备停产至今完好无损,稍加维修即可投入正常生产。第二节:原矿运输原矿运输方式为窄轨电屏车一汽车,坑内采用电屏车将矿石运至坑外储矿仓,储矿仓至选矿厂采用东风自卸汽车运输。第五章:恢复生产需购置的设备、土建设施及资金采矿坑口遭受泥石流危害,需购置部分设备恢复采矿设备和土建设施详见表二、表三。恢复生产需购置的采矿设备表2序号设备名称规格型号单位数量单价(万元/台)金额(万元)1空气压缩机4L10/8台28

11、备、土建设施、流动资金、井巷辅助工程维修等四项合计,共需资金318万元。第六章:经济效益评价马形山铜矿开采条件较好,供电、供水、交通等具备配套发展的条件,尾矿库可就近解决,库容量较大。本矿区铜品位较富,有害杂质少,矿石易采、易选、易炼,采用平隆溜井开拓,无底柱分段崩落法开采,采矿成本较低。过去若干年中,企业经济效益一直较好。矿山在历年开采中,能做到贫富兼采,合理利用矿产资源。入选矿石铜品位历年平均为0.799%,大大高于勘查平均地质品位0.541%。在今后生产中,入选矿石铜品位仍将大于0.541%。恢复生产的前三年,入选矿石按0.57%计,比较可靠,留有较大余地。恢复生产后,年产铜精矿含铜48

17、ime.As a kid, I was fascinated with what goes on in the sky, and when NASA pulled the plug on the shuttle program I was heartbroken. Yet the privatized space race has renewed my childhood dreams to reach for the stars.As a meteorologist, Ive still seen many important weather and space events, but ri

18、ght now, if you were sitting next to me, youd hear my foot tapping rapidly under my desk. Im anxious for the next one: a space capsule hanging from a crane in the New Mexico desert.Its like the set for a George Lucas movie floating to the edge of space.You and I will have the chance to watch a man t

19、ake a leap into an unimaginable free fall from the edge of space - live.The (lack of) air up there Watch man jump from 96,000 feet Tuesday, I sat at work glued to the live stream of the Red Bull Stratos Mission. I watched the balloons positioned at different altitudes in the sky to test the winds, k

20、nowing that if they would just line up in a vertical straight line we would be go for launch.I feel this mission was created for me because I am also a journalist and a photographer, but above all I live for taking a leap of faith - the feeling of pushing the envelope into uncharted territory.The gu

21、y who is going to do this, Felix Baumgartner, must have that same feeling, at a level I will never reach. However, it did not stop me from feeling his pain when a gust of swirling wind kicked up and twisted the partially filled balloon that would take him to the upper end of our atmosphere. As soon

22、as the 40-acre balloon, with skin no thicker than a dry cleaning bag, scraped the ground I knew it was over.How claustrophobia almost grounded supersonic skydiverWith each twist, you could see the wrinkles of disappointment on the face of the current record holder and capcom (capsule communications)

23、, Col. Joe Kittinger. He hung his head low in mission control as he told Baumgartner the disappointing news: Mission aborted.The supersonic descent could happen as early as Sunday.The weather plays an important role in this mission. Starting at the ground, conditions have to be very calm - winds les

24、s than 2 mph, with no precipitation or humidity and limited cloud cover. The balloon, with capsule attached, will move through the lower level of the atmosphere (the troposphere) where our day-to-day weather lives. It will climb higher than the tip of Mount Everest (5.5 miles/8.85 kilometers), drift

25、ing even higher than the cruising altitude of commercial airliners (5.6 miles/9.17 kilometers) and into the stratosphere. As he crosses the boundary layer (called the tropopause), he can expect a lot of turbulence.The balloon will slowly drift to the edge of space at 120,000 feet (22.7 miles/36.53 k

26、ilometers). Here, Fearless Felix will unclip. He will roll back the door.Then, I would assume, he will slowly step out onto something resembling an Olympic diving platform.Below, the Earth becomes the concrete bottom of a swimming pool that he wants to land on, but not too hard. Still, hell be trave

27、ling fast, so despite the distance, it will not be like diving into the deep end of a pool. It will be like he is diving into the shallow end.Skydiver preps for the big jumpWhen he jumps, he is expected to reach the speed of sound - 690 mph (1,110 kph) - in less than 40 seconds. Like hitting the top

28、 of the water, he will begin to slow as he approaches the more dense air closer to Earth. But this will not be enough to stop him completely.If he goes too fast or spins out of control, he has a stabilization parachute that can be deployed to slow him down. His team hopes its not needed. Instead, he

29、 plans to deploy his 270-square-foot (25-square-meter) main chute at an altitude of around 5,000 feet (1,524 meters).In order to deploy this chute successfully, he will have to slow to 172 mph (277 kph). He will have a reserve parachute that will open automatically if he loses consciousness at mach

30、speeds.Even if everything goes as planned, it wont. Baumgartner still will free fall at a speed that would cause you and me to pass out, and no parachute is guaranteed to work higher than 25,000 feet (7,620 meters).It might not be the moon, but Kittinger free fell from 102,800 feet in 1960 - at the dawn of an infamous space race that captured the hearts of many. Baumgartner will attempt to break that record, a feat that boggles the mind. This is one of those monumental moments I will always remember, because there is no way Id miss this.
