1、个人资料整理，仅供个人学习使用棕榈油在非乳制品（植脂末）中的应用研讨会Palm Oil Food Uses ( POFU) Workshop on Powder Fats 2009 年 3 月 24 日中国，上海1. 引言随着中国经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高，食用油的消费量近几年稳步增长。 2007 年中国食用油的消费量达到 2380 万吨，比 2006 年的 2180 万吨上升了9.2 %。人均植物油脂消费量2007 年也达到 18 千克，尽管如此，油脂消费量仍低于世界平均水平，这就为棕榈油的增长提供了机遇。从 2001 年到 2007 年，棕榈油在中国食用油中的消费量得到稳步增长， 20

In 200
9、7, the total consumption of vegetable oils in China was 23.8 million tonnes, an increase of 9.2% from 21.8 millions tonnes in 2006. Total Malaysian palm oil products exported to China in 2007 amounted to 3.8 million tonnes, up by 7.3% from 3.6 million tonnes in 2006. The per capita consumption of ve
10、getable oils at 18kg in 2007 is still below the world average. This provides demand growth opportunities for palm oil. 11、oducts imported by China are mainly used for the production of margarine, shortening, instant noodles and snacks frying, the demand in the production of specialty fats for the confectionery industries is increasing in recent years. As one of the key industries listed in the 11th Five-Year Plan, food
12、 & beverage industry will meet great opportunities to develop rapidly owing to the relevant and favourable policies from the Chinese government. The primary implementation of the 11th Five-Year Plan and sustained development of domestic economy will drive the steady and sound development of the food
