1、一、用途定期排污膨胀器是用于降低锅炉排污水的温度、压力，并在膨胀器中汽化和分离，使产生的蒸汽和废汽污水能安全排出。二、结构形式和主要规格定期排污膨胀器的结构见总图。主体由一个立式圆筒形壳体及两个封头组成，内部装有节流板，起汽水分离作用，为了便于检修，筒体上装有人孔。主要技术规范设计压力：0.9MPa设计温度：180全 容 积：7.5m3三、使用方法各路排污水定期引入圆柱筒壳上斜向的接管后，排污水进入壳体内节流后立即汽化，分离出来的蒸汽，从膨胀器上部的排汽口排入大气，污水从壳体下部的接口排出。定期排污膨胀器在系统中连接方式可根据具体情况定。四、维护保养1. 定期进行检修。2. 定期进行表面油漆。
