The first thing is stating the specialty, namely, the shining points of a product. The reasons are obvious: people choose things for their specialty and uniqueness.

Anyhow, group psychology plays a very amazing role in consumption. Last but not least, from my perspective, giving some comparison is a very effective way to
8、convince the customer. If you keep talking about the strengths of your product, customers would be bored and not interested in your selling. The most influential and direct outcome may be the affecting of the morale and the efficiency of the staff. In my opinion, reducing staff would be the last choice to deal with economic crisis, because it can affect the staff who remained and damage the image of the company. To go through the crisis, the most important thing to do is to find where the problem lies in and to figure out countermeasures accordingly. 8 / 8
