Rush-hour traffic and my two-hour daily commute have become a growing frustration for me, and, therefore

Frankly, I was deeply disappointed the vacancy of general manager was filled by someone from outside the company. Through years of excellent performance appraisals, I was led to believe I was in line for that pos

19、作要做,于是向原单位领导提交辞职申请,请求批准。随着我国用人制度的改革,这类的辞职申请将会越来越多,这体现了我们已走出了僵化的用人用工制度,改变了过去以单位为中心而忽略人才的旧体制。 个人由于不满意单位领导的管理方式,从而提出辞职申请,另找工作的。许多单位的领导由于不能好好的使用人才或者别的什么原因,造成了职工对领导的抵触和不满,而现今社会为每个人都提出了大量可供选择的就业机会,这样,由于一些简单原因而向单位辞职的也不在少数。 由于个人在工作中造成了某种失误或由于能力不及而无法胜任某项工作的也可以向单位或上级领导提出辞职申请。有些领导干部由于工作失误造成极坏影响或造成损失的必须写出辞职报告,请
