Now let us go to the party with Danny.Justifications: The purposes of this step are creating a relaxed study atmosphere and greatly stimulate students interests. Step2: Pre-readingRevisionT: Last lesson, Liming have a surprise for Dan

3、ny when he left for China. Do you remember what did liming give for Danny?Ss: A kite.T: yes, do you think Danny will make a surprise for Liming too?T: Yes. You are right, now let us go to the storyJustification: Review last lesson and lead in new lesson.Step 3: While-readingTask 1: SkimmingStudents

4、are encourage to find out the main idea by have a fast reading of the passage, then students are supposed to share their answers.Justifications: Develop students ability of searching for information by skimming. Help students to have a general understanding of the structure.Task2: Read and answerFor
