3、发送。提交纸质版论文时此表和论文分开装订,提交。Paper Template for BUPT Academic ForumAbstractThese instruction give you guidelines for preparing papers for BUPT Graduates Academic Forum. You should define all symbols in the abstract. Do not cite reference in the abstract. If your paper does not conform to the required for

4、mat, you will be asked to fix it.KeywoedsAbout four key words or phrases in alphabetical order, separated by commas. I. IntroductionThis document is a template for BUPT Academic Forum. Its provides authors with most of the formatting specifications needed for preparing electronic versions of their p

5、apers. Any information about the author must not be included in this paper.Before submitting your final paper, check that the format conforms to this template. Specifically, check the appearance of the title and the appearance of section headings, line spacing, document margins and other features. I

6、I. Page LayoutThe page layout of whole paper should be two-columns format. An easy way to comply with the forum paper formatting requirements is to use this document as a template and simply type your text into it. Your paper must use a page size corresponding to A4 which is 210mm wide and 297mm lon

7、g. The margins must be set as follows: Top = 19mm; Bottom = 25mm; Left = Right = 20mm. Your paper must be in two column format with a space of 0.99 characters.III. Page StyleAll paragraphs must be indented by 0.38cm. All paragraphs must be justified, i.e. both left-justified and right-justified. The

8、 line spacing of the text is single multiple.3.1 Text Font of Entire DocumentThe entire document should be in Times New Roman or Times font. Type 3 fonts must not be used. Other font types may be used if needed for special purposes.Recommended font sizes are shown in Table I.3.2 Title DetailsTitle m

9、ust be in 24 pt Regular font. The content of the paper must be 10 pt.Every word in a title must be capitalized except for short minor words such as “a”, “an”, “and”, “as”, “at”, “by”, “for”, “from”, “if”, “in”, “into”, “on”, “or”, “of”, “the”, “to”, “with” etc.IV. Section HeadingsNo more than 3 leve

10、ls of headings should be used. Level-1 headings must be in 11pt font. other headings must be in 10 pt. Every word in a heading must be capitalized except for short minor words as listed in Section III-B.1). Level-1 Heading A level-1 heading must be in Small Caps, bold and centered and numbered using

11、 uppercase Roman numerals. For example, see heading “III. Page Style” of this document. The level-1 heading which must not be numbered is “References”.2). Level-2 Heading A level-2 heading must be in bold, left-justified and numbered using a number followed by a period. For example, see heading “3.2

12、 Title Details”.3). Level-3 HeadingA level-3 heading must be indented by 0.38cm, in Italic and numbered with an Arabic numeral followed by a right parenthesis. The body of the level-3 section immediately follows the level-3 heading in the same paragraph. For example, this paragraph begins with a lev

Any table or figure that takes up more than 1 column width must be positioned either at the top or at the bottom of

15、the page. Graphics may be full color. Graphics must not use stipple fill patterns because they may not be reproduced properly. Please use only SOLID FILL colors which contrast well both on screen and on a black-and-white hardcopy, as shown in Fig. 1.Please check all figures in your paper both on scr

16、een and on a black-and-white hardcopy. When you check your paper on a black-and-white hardcopy, please ensure that: (1) the colors used in each figure contrast well, (2) the image used in each figure is clear, (3) all text labels in each figure are legible.Fig.1. Equation numbers, within parentheses, are to position flush right, as in (1), using a right tab stop. To make your equations more compact, you may use the solidus ( / ), the exp function, or

18、 appropriate exponents. Italicize Roman symbols for quantities and variables, but not Greek symbols. Use a long dash rather than a hyphen for a minus sign. Punctuate equations with commas or periods when they are part of a sentence, as in (1)Note that the equation is centered using a center tab stop

19、. Be sure that the symbols in your equation have been defined before or immediately following the equation. Use “(1)”, not “Eq. (1)” or “equation (1)”, except at the beginning of a sentence: “Equation (1) is . . .”V. Figure CaptionsFigures must be numbered using Arabic numerals. Figure captions must

20、 be in 8 pt Regular font. Captions of a single line (e.g. Fig. 2) must be centered whereas multi-line captions must be justified (e.g. Fig. 1). Captions with figure numbers must be placed after their associated figures, as shown in Fig. 1.VI. Table CaptionsTables must be numbered using uppercase Rom

21、an numerals. Table captions must be centred and in 8 pt Regular font with Small Caps. Every word in a table caption must be capitalized except for short minor words as listed in Section III-B. 22、 Numbers, Headers and FootersPage numbers, headers and footers must not be used.6.2 ReferencesThe heading of the References section must not be numbered. All reference items must be in 8 pt font. Please use Regular and Italic styles to distinguish different fields as shown in the References section.

23、 Number the reference items consecutively in square brackets (e.g. 1). When referring to a reference item, please simply use the reference number, as in 2. Do not use “Ref. 3” or “Reference 3” except at the beginning of a sentence, e.g. “Reference 3 shows ”. Multiple references are each numbered wit

24、h separate brackets (e.g. 2, 3, 46).Examples of reference items of different categories shown in the References section include: (1) example of a book in 1; (2) example of a book in a series in 2; (3) example of a journal article in 3; (4) example of a conference paper in 4; (5) example of a patent

25、in 5; (6) example of a website in 6; (7) example of a web page in 7; (8) example of a databook as a manual in 8; (9) example of a datasheet in 9; (10) example of a masters thesis in 10; (11) example of a technical report in 11; (12) example of a standard in 12.VII. ConclusionAlthough a conclusion ma

26、y review the main points of the paper, do not replicate the abstract as the conclusion.
