Before the invention of the printing press some 500 years ago, it was the way books were made. The handwriting was done with quill and ink onto materials like vellum or p

3、archment. Calligraphy is the art of making beautiful or elegant handwriting. It is a fine art of skilled penmanship. Today, there are three main types or styles of calligraphy: Western or Roman, Arabic and Chinese. Teachers let the students listen to the passage from the beginning to the end once to

4、 see to what extent that the students can take the notes of the questions. Then let the students listen to the tape again and leave enough span of pause, making the students take down the answers. When most people look at Ms. Dongs work for the first time, they may say, W

The written words all came from ancient poems and Ms. Dong used them to illustrate her reflections on the modern society. So we selected five works of her calligraphy

When asking permission in the English language with your unfamiliar speakers, you are going to know a couple of very very simple words but very very common. So they are “can”, “could”, “may” and the phra

So we have sentences here: “Can I borrow your pencil?” “Could I borrow your pencil?” “May I borrow your pencil?” Now when to use these different words is going to depend on a few things.
