9、While this is the most ambitious solution it is also the solution that offers the greatest rewards, those rewards being much better chances of employment upon graduation because students now have education and experience, the local industries have benefited due to the increase in skilled labor, and the school benefits because it increases its reputation as a good school as their graduates have an easier time finding new and higher paid jobs.
