1、初三英语教育叙事初三英语教育叙事教育叙事,即是讲有关教育的故事。它是教育主体叙述教育教学 中的真实情境的过程,其实质是通过讲述教育故事,体悟教育真谛的 一种研究方法。非为讲故事而讲故事,而是通过教育叙事展开对现象 的思索,对问题的研究,是一个将客观的过程、真实的体验、主观的 阐释有机融为一体的一种教育经验的发现和揭示过程。升入初三,三年二班的一位男生在第一单元的测验中仅得了三十多分, 他接到卷子后随手揉乱了扔到书桌里。这一情景恰巧被我注意到,当 时我很生气,于是我把他叫到办公室询问原因,他理直气壮地说:我英语基础太差,跟不上了 !由于他的语气不好,我把他训斥了 一顿,他哭了,哭得很伤心。就在这

2、一瞬间,我感到我面前站着的这 个孩子有很强的自尊心,也意识到自己这种冲动的大声斥责可能是徒 劳无益的,同时,我内心产生了一种慈爱之心。于是,我让他坐下, 说道:你考不好知道生气,说明你很要强,你还想把英语学好吗 ?他点 点头。于是我开始指导他如何最快地取得进步,我从英语的语言特点 到英语学习的重要性,至V学习方法,一一向他做了介绍,并根据他的 实际情况给他留了每天的学习任务,还一再鼓励他,最后,他非常感 激地离开了办公室。接下来的几天,我始终注意观察他的听课状态,并以较简单的问 题向他提问,随之鼓励他,明显的,他已在进步之中了。一天放学 后,我走到二楼楼梯口,他主动走向我说:老师,我英语现在按
