1、初三英语教育叙事初三英语教育叙事教育叙事，即是讲有关教育的故事。它是教育主体叙述教育教学 中的真实情境的过程，其实质是通过讲述教育故事，体悟教育真谛的 一种研究方法。非为讲故事而讲故事，而是通过教育叙事展开对现象 的思索，对问题的研究，是一个将客观的过程、真实的体验、主观的 阐释有机融为一体的一种教育经验的发现和揭示过程。升入初三，三年二班的一位男生在第一单元的测验中仅得了三十多分， 他接到卷子后随手揉乱了扔到书桌里。这一情景恰巧被我注意到，当 时我很生气，于是我把他叫到办公室询问原因，他理直气壮地说：我英语基础太差，跟不上了 ！由于他的语气不好，我把他训斥了 一顿，他哭了，哭得很伤心。就在这
2、一瞬间，我感到我面前站着的这 个孩子有很强的自尊心，也意识到自己这种冲动的大声斥责可能是徒 劳无益的，同时，我内心产生了一种慈爱之心。于是，我让他坐下， 说道：你考不好知道生气，说明你很要强，你还想把英语学好吗 ？他点 点头。于是我开始指导他如何最快地取得进步，我从英语的语言特点 到英语学习的重要性，至V学习方法，一一向他做了介绍，并根据他的 实际情况给他留了每天的学习任务，还一再鼓励他，最后，他非常感 激地离开了办公室。接下来的几天，我始终注意观察他的听课状态，并以较简单的问 题向他提问，随之鼓励他，明显的，他已在进步之中了。一天放学 后，我走到二楼楼梯口，他主动走向我说：老师，我英语现在按
