12、embra ne1) 复合土工膜的铺设方法1) the composite geomembra ne laid method复合土工膜铺设分齿槽坡脚平台铺设、坡面铺设两个部分,齿槽坡脚平台铺设结构形式见大样图A,该项工程应在堤基垂直防渗墙施工结束,齿槽开挖符合要求,坡脚平台验收合格后进行。铺设方法:沿防渗墙轴线方向水平滚铺。坡面铺设在坡面验收合格后,从堤顶向堤脚 沿垂直于堤轴线方向缓慢展铺到坡脚处与坡脚平台铺设丁字形相接。Composite geomembrane laid the cogging, slope, slope toe platform laid laid two parts,

26、基础底部嵌固足够长度复合土工膜,现浇砼压盖形式,其结构形式见大样图B。复合土工膜下部锚固与垂直防渗墙外侧,在射水造墙施工结束后向墙顶修整到设计高程,然后在防渗墙临河侧沿轴线方向挖宽X深 20cmx 30cm的一条沟槽,使射水造墙外壁形成一个30cm深垂直平面,铺设复合土工膜时将复合土工膜锚固在该垂直平面上,在沟槽 内防渗顶及坡脚平台浇砼盖板,其结构形式见大样图A。1) composite geomembra ne an chor points at the top of the shoulder beam with an chor, bottom and vertical cut-off wa

34、 on.1、原材料质量控制进场的复合土工膜必须有厂家提供的合格证书,性能及特性指标和使用说明书。否则不能用于工程施工,本工程所用的是两布一膜针刺复合土工膜,设计复合土工膜技术参数为:设计克重900g/m2,膜厚0.5mm,垂直渗透系数 < 1012cm/s。复合土工膜进场后,随机抽取复合土工膜对其性能指标委托南京水利科学研究院实验中心进行复测,复测结果全部合格。1, raw material quality control approach of compound geomembrane must have the factory provide certificate of quali

37、on measureme nt results are all qualified.2、施工操作过程控制复合土工膜铺设前编好施工组织设计,说明铺设方法和技术措施,经监理批准后方使用,施工人员均应穿平底布鞋或软胶底鞋进行铺设,严禁穿钉鞋以防踩坏土工膜,做到随铺随压,复合土工膜铺设要与保护层铺设相协调。拼接中复合土工膜焊缝质量是拼接关键,施工中尤其要加强接缝检测,检测方法有一目测法、二现场检漏。目测法: 复合土工膜焊接好后,观察有无漏接,接缝是否烫损,有无褶皱,是否拼接均匀等。现场检 漏 采用充气法对全部焊缝进行检测,焊缝为双条,两条之间留有约10mm的空腔,将待测段两端封死,插入气针,充气至0.

38、05mpa0.20mpa,静观0.5min,观察真空表,如气压无下降,表明不漏,焊缝合格,否则要查找原因及时修补。复合土工膜上下部锚固是重要的环节,严格按施工图纸并经监理验收后施工。2, con struct ion process con trol composite geomembra ne laid before make up con structi on organization design, specification laid method and technical measures, approved by the supervis ing rear use, con st

43、 nee after con struct ion.3、 施工完质量检测。施工完质量检测主要是抽样检测,施工每约1000m2取一试件,做拉伸强度试验,要求强度不低于母材的80%,且试样断裂不得在接缝处,否则接缝质量不合格。整个工程共使用复合土工膜45000m2左右,现场共抽取焊缝试样43组,作拉伸强度试验,经检测合格率100%,焊缝质量合格。3, con structi on quality in spect ion.
