1、我是一名多年在一线的高三老师,我们学校在天津市属于中游,有不错的学生,也有稍差的。这些年来我有很多学生因为各种各样的理由走向了“高四”之路,上了各种各样的复读班。在这些复读班里面,就我学生的成绩来看,还属正灵复读学校的提分效果最好。至于这是为什么,下面我来具体分析一下:首先咱们谈谈师资。在这个问题上一众复读学校基本上会分为两派:一派是标榜全名师高水平的“关系学校”,代表者:正灵教育等。据学生们反映,正灵教育与天津市最顶尖的那几所学校有着千丝万缕的联系,老师确实都是名师,在这一点上,正灵从不含糊。好老师是优质教学效果的保障这个自然毋庸赘言,无论从给学生打好基础的角度,还是对高考题型和趋势的把握上

2、,名师比普通老师都更有优势。另一派是标榜“好老师未必适合复读生,要因材施教”的学校,代表者:奥宇复读班等。首先我们必须肯定,这句话有一定的道理。因材施教当然是教育最科学合理的模式,但是,因材施教也是最难实现的一种教育模式。事实上,如果老师不够好,那么根本就无法实现因材施教。如何保证一群来路不明的老师是能实现因材施教的好老师,这是个学生和家长需要慎重思考的问题。其次,咱们再来谈谈管理。有了好的学校,好的老师,是不是学生的成绩就能彻底有所保证了呢?当然不是。复读学校除了必须抓教学以外,还有一个必须抓的就是对学生的管理。有了好的管理,才能保证学生将有限的时间和精力完全用在学习上。所以,家长和考生在选

3、择学校的时候,一定要看清学校有没有相关的制度,比如晚自习制度、答疑制度、月考制度等等,并且要详细问清他们如何去执行这个制度。几个大的复读学校在这方面都有相应的一些安排,有些学校(如正灵)对晚自习、答疑和考试要求比较严格,除特殊情况以外并不鼓励学生住校。而另外一些学校(如奥宇、现代联合)则要求学生住校。住校这个问题,初看可能住比不住更好一些,因为全封闭式教学看起来似乎更能让学生全身心的投入学习。但是,从学生的反映来看,如果住校,那么生活琐事必然会牵扯学生的精力,而且,学生私下在一起时间过长很容易产生许多与学习无关的共鸣,从而影响学习效果。所以,住与不住,家长和考生还是要慎重的加以考虑。再次,咱们

4、来谈谈签约的问题。有的学校(如奥宇)有签约政策,签约的学生不过二本线会全额退费。各位家长,签约虽然是一种保障,但是,请注意一下签约是否意味着您要多付出一部分费用?还有,是不是所有的学生都有资格签约?什么学生不能签?如果您的孩子可以签约,您可以看一下孩子现在的学习成绩,看看他是不是真的需要一个保障才能上二本。还有,请了解一下学校每年会开除多少学生,开除的原因是什么,以便更加全面深入的了解学校。最后,我们再来说点儿别的。学习不是件难事,却是一件苦事,复读则是件苦事中的苦事,因为复读的学生比高三的学生要承受更大的压力。就算有了好的环境,好的老师,不想学、不用功、贪玩、浪费时间、没毅力都能让一切归零。
