1、硅酸盐学报JOURNAL OF THE CHINESE CERAMIC SOCIETY第卷第期年 月Vol. , No.Co心11)BaTiO 3复合薄膜的逆磁电效应舒立,高雅,伍亮,马静,南策文(清华大学材料学院,新型陶瓷与精细工艺国家重点实验室,北京100084)摘要:采用脉冲激光沉积和磁控溅射方法,在取向为(111)的SrTiO 3单晶基底上生长不同厚度的Co/BaTiO 3复合薄膜。其中,BaTiO 3层厚度分别为60、120、180 nm。利用铁电测试仪和磁光Kerr磁性测量计表征复合薄膜的铁电性能和磁性能。在垂直于复合薄膜表面方向施加动态电压,并同步采 集磁光Kerr信号,表征了复

2、合薄膜的逆磁电效应。结果表明:随着BaTiO 3层厚度的增大,SrTiO 3基底传递给BaTiO 3薄膜的应变逐渐释放,铁电性能无明显变化。Co膜磁性良好,饱和磁场为3980 A/m,矫顽场为3105 A/m。随着BaTiO 3层厚度的增加,复合薄膜表现出形状不同的电压调控的Kerr信号曲线,表明逆磁电耦合效应与BaTiO 3层传递给Co膜的电致应变密切相关。关键词:多铁性复合薄膜;磁光磁光Kerr信号效应;逆磁电效应中图分类号:TQ174.75 文献标志码:A文章编号:0454- 5648(2014)12 -Co nverse Mag netoelectric Effect in Co/(1

4、al substrates by pulsed laser deposition and magnetron sputtering. The thicknesses of BaTiO 3 layers are 60, 120, 180 nm, respectively. Ferroelectricity and magn etism were measured by ferroelectric test system and magn eto-optical Kerr effect magn etometry. The con verse magn etoelectric effects of

5、 the composite films were characterized via Kerr sig nal which is syn chro ni zed with dyn amic voltage applied no rmal to the films. The results show that the strains transferred from the SrTiO3 substrates to the BaTiO 3 layers relax as thethick nesses of the BaTiO 3 layers in crease, and the ferro

6、electricity of the BaTiO 3 layers cha nge little. The saturated and coercive fields of the Co layers are 3980 and 3105 A/m, respectively.
