1、第二章-主谓一致第二章 常考语法6.主谓一致主谓一致主谓一致强调主语和谓语动词之间在“人称”和“数”的方面的一致关系。英语主谓一致遵循三个原则：形式一致（语法一致）主单谓单，主复谓复（一般情况下）。意义一致有些名词或代词形式上是单数，而意义上可能是复数。谓语动词由实际意义决定。Our class are working hard to make ours a good class.邻近一致有并列主语时，谓语动词的形式由与之最接近的名词或代词的人称和数决定。There is a desk and five chairs in his room.1.不定式短语、动词-ing形式或名词性从句作主语，
2、谓语动词用单数形式。Who will do the job hasn't been decided yet.注意：what引导主语从句时，如果其表语是复数形式，谓语动词也是复数。What he took with him were two books.2.名词或代词+由with, together with, as well as,except, including等引起的短语时，谓语动词与前面的名词或代词的数一致。Mr Li together with his two sons has gone to the cinema.No one except the two boys was
3、 late for class.3.more than one/ many a +单数名词作主语时，谓语动词用单数形式。（形式一致）More than one person has known it.Many a worker was killed in the accident.4.当两个名词表示同一人、同一事物、同一概念或一个完整的东西时（其特征是and后的名词前无任何冠词），谓语动词用单数形式。The teacher and writer has come.（老师兼作家，同一个人）The teacher and the writer have come.（两个人）5.在定语从句中，当关系
4、代词who, which或者that做主语时，从句中的谓语动词应该与先行词保持一致。The teacher who teaches us English is from England.6.某些集体名词作主语时，如果被看成一个整体，谓语动词用单数形式；如果指的是里面的成员，谓语动词用复数形式。如：My family are all fond of going to the cinema.The family is rather big, with twelve people in all.7.the+形容词/过去分词形式作主语时，表示一类人或事物时谓动用复数，表示一种抽象概念或品质则用单数。T
5、he injured were saved after the fire.The beauty gives pleasure to all of us.8.复数名词前有one of；either of；neither of 时用单数：One of the books is old.谓语动词用单数形式。9. 用量词来修饰复数名词，根据量词的单复数来决定自身的单复数，a pair of shoes is.10.由and 或bothand连接的合成主语后，谓语动词用复数。11.在主谓倒装的句子中，谓语动词的单复数形式应与其后的主语一致。如：Between the two rows of trees
