1、 度的比较研究 摘 要：采用社会调查、历史研究、比较分析相结合的 研究方法， 对 cba 联赛外籍球员的引进和管理制度进行了系 统研究，并对 cba 联赛外援引进、注册、限薪、转会及其它 管理制度与 nba联赛的相关制度进行了比较分析，分析认为 我国 cba 联赛在外籍球员引进的范围上相对狭窄、外援转会 方面限制过多、外籍球员的薪金限制规定过于单一、外籍球 员上场时间的限制较多、外籍球员违纪违约现象较多、对外 籍球员处罚力度不够、外籍球员流动性过大。其应对策略主 要有：建立长效的外籍球员引进与管理制度、建立外籍球员 保障制度、加大违纪违约处罚力度、 建立外籍球员培训机制、 俱乐部加强对外籍球员

7、 analyze the introduction and players in cba league, and therefore has a comparative analysis introduction; system 1 cba 与 nba 外籍球员引进的发展历程 1.1 cba 外籍球员的引进历程 我国 cba 联赛起始于 1995 年初的中国男子篮球甲级联赛的赛制改革， 即首次实行 主客场、 跨年度的新赛制， 至今已历时十余年。 在起始的 1995-1996赛季，由浙江万马队首次引进了一名乌兹别克斯 坦球员，成为第一位 cba 联赛外援。在外援的协助下，这支 刚由甲 b 升入甲
8、 a 的黑马不但成功保级，而且成功冲入前 6 名，cba 由此拉开了大量引进外援的序幕。外员良好的身体 素质、超强的得分能力和掌控比赛的能力，使各球队争相引 进高水平的外援，1996-1997 赛季相继有 6 支球队在赛季开 始签约了 11 位外籍球员， 到2009-2010赛季累计已有三百 多名外籍球员进入cba联赛。 cba 联赛引进外籍球员主要经历了三个阶段： 第一阶段， 俱乐部自行挑选外援。这一阶段从 1995-1996 赛季到 2003-2004 赛季，共进行了 9 个赛季，在这一阶段，各支俱 乐部依靠自己掌握的信息资源及球队的特点选择相应的外 籍球员；第二阶段，篮管中心有关官员及各俱乐部代表飞赴 美国篮球学院进行集中选援， 由 2004-2005 赛季到 2007-2008 赛季，共进行 4 个赛季，采用根据上赛季球队排名由低到高 依次选择，实行统一外援摘牌制；第三阶段， 2008-2010 赛 季， 论丈发表专家一 中国学木论如 www.59168,net 改变了以往统一选秀制度， 允许各队自由挑选外籍球员。 1.2 nba 外籍球员的引进历程 美国 nba 联盟于 1946-1947
